I noticed the 2 back rows of my locs have a white ring around it where the hair is loc'd and the roots are loose.... I can't seem to get it out .... do you have any suggestions. I use acv regularly and I don't use any products besides coconut oil and some essential oils and lots of water... I cover my locs every night with my satin cap
Mary_JoeHanna Rulz I have the same issue. I sprayed ACV and used blue dawn dish detergent and it made it more visible. so I colored them...well I used color remover to strip my color
Angela Elaine thank you... I have been thinking coloring them might be my next option.... my color is 6months old but I kinda wanted to wait a year before doing another color
Mary_JoeHanna Rulz it's the coconut oil that could be the cause. especially if it's the kind that is solid. it might melt wen it's in your hands but it's gonna go back to its natural state. u can add lemon juice to the acv bcuz lemon juice removes grease. and add the baking soda like I did. or try bentonite clay I heard that works as well.
your dreads are beautiful
