Water, probiotic, a little vinegar with water for certain days, water down Castille soap work for me mostly on the outside and perineum and if my ph is off I turn to the big gun boric acid suppository...lol. But mostly water and no perfumes and replace underwear when wet and new ones every six months...also sleep au natural

This was such a helpful video! I have been on a years long struggle with my own bodily balance and finally have found someone who speaks the same "language" I do for personal healing. I've been on a plant based diet for 3 years and as, of course, it helped tremendously with that area of my system I still find it difficult to maintain my homeostasis.
