I think once you stop obsessing about the growth and shrinkage, you will notice it more when it really does! I like to look in the mirror every once in a while to check how long it's gotten and I really surprised myself how far I actually came!
I like what you said about not retwisting so much. Even if we choose to retwist, at the end of the day we gotta be comfortable with how we look naturally
Your locs are growing and Will continue to grow but honestly speaking dying and bleaching your locs wether it be professional or otherwise will jeopardize the overall health and wellness to your hair..you may feel like it's okay for right now, especially since you seem to be pretty low maintenance as far as products and manipulation but, just a piece of advice...our hair is just not meant for all that blond, red, etc.
