I've never made brownies in my entire life. I followed the measurements to a t and that was the best brownie I've ever had. I used a regular whisk and a cake mold instead of a pan and it worked just as well. I'll be making it again to impress people!
@@daisey6585yes i hope you enjoy it as much as i did. I am a bit biased haha but it was great. My tips would be to not overmix the final batter or overbake it, and to let it completely cool down before cutting it.
I just made these and its worth stating, I've always ALREADY made great brownies, so I didn't exactly feel the urgent need to try out a new recipe and yet I'm extremely glad I did, these were amazing and a perfect line between cakey snd fudgey. They also didn't feel too rich while still feeling very indulgent.

I hope I get an answer as quickly as possible! I’m convinced these must be the best brownies ever-or at least some of the best-but I really want to turn them into butter biscuit s’mores brownies. Would it work if I lined the bottom with butter biscuits, baked the brownies for 17 minutes, took them out, sprinkled marshmallows and crushed butter biscuits on top, and then baked them for another five minutes until everything is nicely toasted and golden brown? I really hope I get an answer soon since I’m planning to bake them on Friday!🤩

The problem with your claim is I've seen other RUclipsrs that made the brownie from the actual seed of the cacao so I don't know how it can get better than that unless you have a cacao fruit from an isolated area that no one knows about to make them brownies

Ingredients:
- 1 oz semi sweet chocolate (28g)
- 3 oz dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa) (85g)
- 10 tbsp unsalted butter (140g)
- 3/4 cup sugar (170g)
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp instant coffee mixed with 1 tbsp hot water
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour (65g)

Method:
- Pre-heat your oven to 335F and line a 9” baking pan
- Melt the butter, 1 oz semi sweet and 3 oz dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, using 20 second increments in the microwave and stirring in between. Don’t overheat this mix
- In the meanwhile, whisk eggs and sugar on a standing mixer at medium-high speed until you achieve a light, thick & ribbony mixture
- Pour the chocolate & butter mix into the eggs and sugar and fold in gently
- Mix the instant coffee with hot water, and pour in. Gently fold
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder and salt, fold in
- Lastly, add 2 oz chocolate chips and fold
- Pour the batter into the lined pan. Add more chocolate on top if you’d like
- Bake for 20-25 min
- Let cool, cut & serve!!
Me too!!! Love it!!

I've never made brownies in my entire life. I followed the measurements to a t and that was the best brownie I've ever had. I used a regular whisk and a cake mold instead of a pan and it worked just as well. I'll be making it again to impress people!
This made me so happy!! I will try it
@@daisey6585yes i hope you enjoy it as much as i did.

Perfect Fudgy Brownies Recipe
This homemade fudgy brownie recipe is the best I've made.

3 oz high quality dark chocolate, between 60-70% cocoa (85g) - I like to use Lindt or Valrhona
10 tbsp unsalted butter (140g)
¾ cup sugar (about 165g)

⅓ cup cocoa powder (about 35g) - it is best to use dutch processed, I like to use Valrhona
¾ tsp salt
2 oz chocolate chips or chopped chocolate of choice (55g, I mix milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate)
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat your oven to 335F (conventional) and line a 9” baking pan with parchment paper and a light coating of butter / oil
Melt the butter, 1 oz semi sweet and 3 oz dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, using 20 second increments in the microwave and stirring in between. Avoid over-heating the mixture
In the meanwhile, whisk the eggs and sugar on a standing mixer at medium-high speed using the whisk attachment for 3-5 minutes. You should achieve a very thick and ribbony mixture which is light in color. This step is important in developing the shiny crust of the brownies
Pour the chocolate & butter mixture into the egg and sugar mixture, and gently whisk at low speed until combined
Mix the instant coffee with hot water, and pour in. Gently fold into the batter
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet using a rubber spatula. Be careful not to knock out the air in the batter
Lastly, fold in the chopped chocolate or chocolate chips of your choice
Pour the batter into the lined pan and spread evenly. Add more chocolate chunks on the top if you’d like
Bake immediately for 20-25 min. I typically take out my brownies around 22 minutes
Let cool to room temperature, cut with a sharp knife, and serve!

For those who aren't able to copy the link to the recipe just take a screenshot of the comment and put it in google search

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).

Recipe:
1 oz semi sweet chocolate (28g)
3 oz high quality dark chocolate, between 60-70% cocoa (85g) - I like to use Lindt or Valrhona
10 tbsp unsalted butter (140g)
¾ cup sugar (about 165g)
2 eggs, at room temperature

Let them cool to room temperature and cut them with a sharp knife

I need fullvideo where you are baking it
Both the Chocolate Links plssse
The problem with your claim is I've seen other RUclipsrs that made the brownie from the actual seed of the cacao so I don't know how it can get better than that unless you have a cacao fruit from an isolated area that no one knows about to make them brownies
You should try my grandmas it amazing
Baking powder and baking soda?
