    Sir my diet plane for muscle building please check morning 5:00 am - 2 full eggs + 3 eggs white + peanut butter + 1 chapati 7:30 am -- chane 10:30 - 3 eggs white + 1/2 kg milk in oats (50 gar) 1:00 pm - rice + daal , 2 eggs omelets 3:30 pm - 3 eggs 💪workout time ( 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm ) instant recovery for 5 eggs white and 3 bananas dinner- rice + chicken breast + daal 👈 please Sir check my plan give me answer

      @@LIVEIT9817 to be honest, having more than 3 years experience, one thing that I realized, it's not about only diet, it's about consistency and efficacy of workout, many months I did workout without any proper meals, but I stick to workouts and concern about how I do it, in result I evolved mentally, physically.
      Right now I am so much stronger and muscular than ever.

    There are several things for exercises for jumping higher
    Do Bulgarian split squats
    Practice depth jumps- these are performed by stepping off a box, then exploding up immediately after landing on the ground
    For basketball training start with a tennis ball, then move up to a softball, then a volleyball, then a youth-size basketball, then a standard one
    (I discovered these and why they work on Enyeto Jump Plan website )

      Check your required calories. Then calculate your daily diet calories wether you are taking enough calories or not.

      For u I would suggest to cut out some meals or reduce the quantity as it is made for his needs, as per any other program of his he tells u to adjust it. Try to get like 130 grams protein. Sorry I couldnt respond in Hindi Bhai

    i made a change in program, i added over head press in shoulder spit, dead lift in back, squats in legs. and i do 4 sets of 5 reps of all exercises.

    Hi your nutrition plan for this workout is great no doubt but not everyone can buy all that stuff so kindly tell us the alternative like coffee before workout and bananas and egg whites after workout
