I have the heat press you have, but it’s the smaller one. May need to invest in the bigger one buy circuit! Thanks for all of your information. I may need to take your class! Thanks again.

    My biggest issue/fear as an introvert is trying to make the first sell. Like all the videos and tips I see talk about once you make your first sell than you can build from that yadda yards. But I genuinely don't know how to make the first sell. I've thought about maybe using Mercari to "test" which designs would sell but that's about it

      What I did was just put it up on Instagram/FB like "Made up something" to go with this or that (in my case, a t-shirt to go with sneakers) Got my first sale that way. One thing I had to get outta my head is saying 'who would buy this' or being worried about people who have way better machines/equipment. Just put it out there! Good luck!

      I had the same fear. A local non profit was having a 2 day bazaar. I made the plunge because it was on a $10 per day fee. I am excited to say my first day I had orders and special requests and I was overjoyed. I have now completed a 3 day of sales with a much bigger event opportunity. it really is about just taking the plunge try local small events. I will be doing an event at our local VFW the end of the month. I surely hope that since you posted this comment you have taken the plunge and had an amazing and prosperous time.

    Just a suggestion. Buy yourself a infa red temperature heat gun to test the temperature of your heat press/ easy press. My heat press is about 5 degrees colder than the display reads. I have seen different videos where the easy press was up to 70 degrees off. Correct temperature is key to good outcomes..
    Just a suggestion. I am not coming at anyone or any company.

    I have the Cricut maker and easy press as well as the mug press. I’ve never used the mug press but have the rest. I really don’t care for how stiff the t-shirts are from the vinyl. I’ve also tried the invisible ink and it never comes out right. Colors are always so light. I’ve purchased shirts others make with their makers and theirs aren’t like mine. It’s almost like glueing plastic to ur shirt, it’s how mine turn out anyways. Idk what I’m doing wrong!!

    I’m looking forward to this! I currently have the Cricut Explore Air 2 and I have a heat press system arriving this weekend. I hope to learn a few tricks to add to new crafting business. I’m now the sole caretaker of my disabled mother and my autistic son, which has limited us financially. I wish I could do your membership but right now, all of our funds have been tapped out trying to get a business going.

    I have the cricket maker. It doesn't cut through the vinyl. It will make marks and score the vinyl but it will not cut all the way through it. I have to use scissors after the machine is done etching the design. It seems like everyone else's cricuts cut through the vinyl and you can just peel back the layers I can't do that and this is my second machine.

    • @koolkidangel18

      It shouldn't cut all the way through that it cuts the carrier. Try the metallic setting it's a bit stronger than the htv or vinyl settings

    • @Mrs.LadeyBug
      @Mrs.LadeyBug 2 года назад

      You can set it to cut heavier or lighter in the settings. Mine definitely cuts, according to the settings I have it on. It’s been incredibly precise.

Also bought the utensils that you use to take off the vinyl. My next purchase is to buy more materials and my cricut heat press. So from there what do I need to do? Do I start making different things to make and to sell? Someone help me please.
