Brilliant advice thanks. I used to just push through pain and niggles due to the mindset i had being a former British soldier (pain is weakness etc). However now if i feel something i stop, take care of it and think long term.
Hi.. the first time I did kettle swings, I did it wrong and later on, I had to go to ER Cox of my lower back pain. It’s been more than a month but my back is still irritating at times. What should I do?? My back is killing me, Please help!!
Hey, If I switch a large portion of my training to kettlebell-only movements, could I potentially lose mass? I am into weightlifting and I don't really care about having a perfect, bodybuilding physique, just being as big and strong as possible. As I have gotten older, my schedule had become much busier, so I am considering using heavy KB-circuits some days to save time, perhaps moving up 5 lbs/month for progressive overload. 21 & natty, using 40lb KB easily, if that helps.
You'll put a different kind of mass on from kettlebells, hard to explain but you'll become more dense if that makes sense particularly if you start training double kettlebell. Personally I'm in the best shape I've been in since switching to kettlebell and bodyweight at the start of the pandemic last year I've added nearly 8kg of mass to my frame in 15 months.
@@bingerslaroo2249 Damn dude thats an insane amount of muscle, good for you. Is it defined? I mean I don't care about having perfectly molded biceps or anything, but I don't just want to look big with zero definition, if you can understand.
@@connormartin2214 100% understand what you mean, thats where diet comes in. I'm as lean as I was before (33 inch waist) slight 4 pack, wouldn't take much more than 10 weeks of being in a calorie deficit to show abs etc. A lot of the muscle I've gained is in my legs, glutes, back, delts and triceps and its dense muscle, hard to describe but it's different to what I had before. My resting heart rate is much lower, no joint pains and im a lot more mobile. If i can add good quality mass at 37 years old you should have no problem. Think more greek statue as a typical kettlebell physique more go than show. Hope that makes sense.
@@bingerslaroo2249 By diet do you mean I should eat more for strength gains, or literally diet down to lose weight? I eat a lot, and I enjoy the strength that comes with it, so Kettlebell focused training may not be the best for me at this moment in my life if it requires me to shrink down.
Shout out to Pavel and my favourite fall back workout.
Great advice here!
Thank you
Now I'm going to bed but I bet it's a useful video so I leave my thumb up! I'll watch it tomorrow, thanks coach
Thanks for inspiration ;)

Also I forgot to mention, I eat a lot, so eating for size is already covered.
