    There is this amazing thing called science, kettle bells are cool and a good workout, but the ability to properly load a bar just dwarfs the kettle bell for anybody who can lift more than 90lbs

    • @morrisboris6877
      @morrisboris6877 26 дней назад +1

      AHEM! You cannot compare barbells to kettlebells. They are completely different, as kettlebells have a lower center of gravity and are harder to control than a bar with loaded weights.

    Kettlebells are like dumbbells, just harder to handle for pressing movements. Most kettlebells can be replaced with dumbbells, but not vice-versa. Most gyms do not even have heavy enough kettlebells to do any actual work with. They are fine for general fitness for beginners and people who are into certain novelties but they shouldn’t be romanticized as the best way to train.

    Kettlebells have limits, pros/cons. Theyre not some secret super technique thatll explode your results. They work for some things, but when you become advanced theyre literally the equivalent of a home workout forreal..people with strong cores and good balance will not struggle kuch doing kettlbell workouts, especially if youre strong. These folks are selling fitness programs and gear, pushing a narrative, targeting beginners/novices. The basic barbell, dumbbell, power rack and bench combo is all you need uf youre going home gym, not a million different kettlbells doing modifying suboptimal versions of traditional lifts. The reason alot of folks get stronger using Kettlebells is the demand on the core, most undertrain their core and dont understand that core strengthening will increase your lifts across the board. But you dont need a KB to increase your core strength and stability.
