Great review and well thought out. I have tested the Ritual a few times now myself and have one on order. They seem to be an awesome bow but like you Review (367gr arrow at 308fps) I too have been seeing these bows struggling to hit IBO and most are 5-7fps off. Awesome bow besides that though.
Ibo is at 28.5. That's the standard. And tuned, the bow actually hits about 330 with a 350 grain arrow. I'm shooting 450 grain for spring bear, and then 350 for whitetail and 550 for Elk this fall. In interested in seeing what kind of speeds I get. At 350 grain, 31 inch draw, I was getting 332 for an average at 73lbs.
We shot 2 shafts with 2 weights for a comparison. With the smoothness of the cams a 400 spine actually tuned pretty well. The Arrow length was 27.5" which is what matters, not the actually draw length when you are talking arrow spine. We were still past the specs of the arrow charts, however we felt safe in shooting the 400 spine and needed the 350ish grain weight.
Great review! Could you tell me please...why would I choose a 33" ritual over the 35" model? Thank you, and have a great day!
Thanks for the review Detty Outdoors! Glad you enjoyed the bow!

Great review man! Way more in-depth than some guys!
Draw length specific cams?
I’ve been wanting to shoot that bow. I just might have to stop by your shop in a few weeks. Thank for he review!
Jared Jenkins swing in, we'd love to have you
Is elite stating their ibo at 31” 70lb? Your arrow of 353/29/72 at 315. Doesn’t meet ibo of 350/70/30 I would think you would be at 325.
Mark Miela IBO is 30" IBO is perfect world, no d loop or anything. I'm sure I can get this bow with the 353 grain arrow up over 320fps.
I don’t think elite is using ibo, their website states speed rating so I am assuming that 335 is for 31, if that is the case 29/72/353 is right on.
Thanks for the review, I wish I could afford one.
Mark Miela follow our Facebook. I have a feeling either us or Double Lung TV will be doing a drawing for one in the future.
