    1:56, more pistons does not equal better braking distance.
    As a reviewer you should know that big brake kit wont make you stop faster!
    Bigger calipers are only necessary when a vehicle struggles to generate enough brake force to lock the wheels. Larger brakes can help with heat dissipation due to larger surface area, but braking distance is largely dependent on the tires, the width, engine placement and other different factors.

    Thank you for doing a review of the new 2025. I have a 2024 BRZ. I absolutely enjoy every minute of driving it. I’ve been curious about the new sport mode feature. I checked out a new 2025 at my local dealer. I’ve never been a big fan of car makers doing this because it usually just gives an illusion of the car feeling faster by changing the throttle mapping. In sport mode it’s basically giving you more throttle with less input. When pressing the peddle halfway you’re actually at full throttle and the other half of the peddle is dead. In normal mode, it feels much more linear and pulls all of the way to red line. What is your take on it?

    I'm quite annoyed that the North American market doesn't get the exclusive burgundy accent seats and red stitch upper door and gauge visor that Australia gets with the 2024 BRZ tS and Japan's equivalent version BRZ STI sport. The blue accents doesn't even go well with the red trim on the gauge cluster.

      My opinion exactly. I have a 2018 TS with the red seats and stitching. The new TS looks so boring in the interior.

      @@KehY91 in the US we do get the Limited trim which gets a very similar interior to the australia tS trim, i like the interior of the USA tS though, it's a little throwback to the original 2004 STI, which had a blue interior, and gold brake calipers.

      I like the blue personally. But each to their own.

    great review, Mate. is the turn signal back to non-BMW standards? like, where it returns to neutral after you make a turn?

    Brembo brakes don't give you more stopping power lol.

    There's a reason car manufacturers use brembos... not sure why people don't like big brake kits.

    Looks nice, but the power is lacking for today's standards. If it had around 300 hp. it would be perfect.

      @TheGamingJuicy Месяц назад +8

      To get it to 300 horsepower, you would need a lot of adjustments... it would skyrocket the price well into the $40k range. You aren't getting a 300 horsepower RWD communicative sports car for $30k.😊

      This car is so good because it's significantly cheaper then anything else on the market, add on a turbo and you are immediately competing with the Nissan Z or the Supra 2.0.

      @@TheGamingJuicy The MSRP on BRZ tS is over 36K. I bought a new SS 1LE back in 2017 for 40k that had 455hp, was beating super cars around a track. Hard to justify spending similar money even accounting for inflation.

    • @TheGamingJuicy
      @TheGamingJuicy Месяц назад +4

      @ge77inhigh inflation... $40k in 2017 is like $52k today... the MSRP of a BRZ tS is $36,275 today... and plus the Camaro isn't even being made anymore...
