    Great Video - 2 questions for you.
    1. After install, do you then remove the shims prior to taping for the air barrier?
    2. What type of tape are you using for the air barrier inside?

    So, you intentionally leave gaps around windows?
    With the hope that everything behind the siding stays rot/bug free? How would you double-check that in the future?

    You never showed the top of the window. That's the most important part. You said you put a piece of trim above the window, and then Coravent above the trim. What happens if water gets behind the siding, comes down through the Coravent, and ends up on the top trim? Won't it rot out?
