True there’s a subway stairway right next to the Kodenmacho hotel. However, if you walk across the street, there’s an elevator that takes you to one of the platforms of the same Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Also, if your cross kitty-corner to the hotel, there’s another elevator that takes you to the other platform. So, no need to take the stairs.
Thank you for watching. It's hard to decide the best because all Dormy Inn's breakfasts are excellent. If I had to choose one, I would say Dormy Inn Tokyo Hatchobori. The reason is that I am most happy to be able to eat Edomae Sushi in the morning. Also, there is a terrace where you can see the river, and I would like to have breakfast there in summer.☺️
Thank you for watching the video! Onsen eggs are chicken eggs that are boiled until the yolk is soft-boiled and the white is soft-boiled. The egg white is softer than the yolk. It looks like the egg yolk has a thin coat of albumen on it. It is often said to be similar to poached eggs, but Onsen eggs are so soft and tender that they cannot be scooped up with a spoon. As for how to eat, the sweet and salty dashi stock is added, and the yolk is crushed and eaten together with the dashi stock. I hope this reply helps.
It is not a very large inn, so the dining hall is small. Dormy Inn has a hot spring. It is also a very popular inn because of its delicious breakfast. I sometimes go there just for breakfast.
