@@luvpinkhellokitty Shinagawa Prince Hotel has many foreign guests. Staff should also be able to answer the phone in English. It would be nice if there was a function to convert Japanese to English on the web form.
Compared to Hapuna, Sky at New Otani is a one rank higher formal restaurant. So in terms of food quality and variety, Sky is definitely better. However, the price is higher for that reason. Hapuna is a very attractive restaurant in terms of casualness.

If money was no problem, would you choose this as your dinner buffet or dining the sky buffet at the hotel new otani?
