You need to take safety action about your work environment, even heat transfers. You need to use protection, those think are not safe. check it on the net.
Sallie, your work is so inspiring and motivational! I would love to work side by side with my husband like we used to before the kiddos but we have to take turns in the shop while the other attends to them lol We also have to littles however, they're under the age of three! lol BTW was having trouble with the Cameo one day and my 3yr old heard me getting frustrated. She comes in the office and says, "Mama, maybe you could ask Sallie to help." BAHAHA We love you girl! 💕 Hope all is well, keep up the hustle!

Put your can upside down in a cup of HOT water for a few mins tounclog it. You need the spray can handle it will save your fingers

What glue are you using?
Do you prefer the oracle 651 compared to oramask 813?
Wouldnt it be better to buy a paint sprayer since you prob go through alot of spray paint? Maybe that would be better than the spray paint gunking up and maybe even more cost effective
It would make sense if they were all the same color, but it would take more time cleaning just for these small pieces and different colors I do!

What type of wood are you using for the letters? I just got mdf today for my laser and hoping it works well for my letters. I do see a lot of people use plywood too.
I want to try mdf(havent found the right type locally), but all I use for letters is 1/4 birch!
I bought my 1/8 mdf off of Etsy and if you have a Home Depot they sell the 1/4 mdf board! Birch prices are going way up and it seems to be getting harder to find here in Indiana. Thank you for the reply! Love your channel and how you help so many people!

a small cup gun sprayer is a good option over spray cans, Harbor freight has an inexpensive one that works really well if kept clean. The air pressure can be turned down to minimize overspray. Much faster and less irritating than spray cans.

Yes you can use dxf files. I use lightburn so anything it can use.

Lowe’s and Home Depot have commercial paint shakers that they use for mixing paints. It looks like a metal cabinet. You could probably use it for both spray paint cans as well as regular cans of paint or stain.

Isn't it faster to sand before you laser the wood? Or does the laser cause the need to sand?
I do sand before! I only do a quick sand after to get off the debri from the laser😊

Do you paint the inside etched areas if so how?
Nope I just stain them and it darkens because it was burned from the laser anyway, it appears darker than the stain 😊
