      They honestly probably don’t because how the brother turned out as a cold blooded murderer and the uncle (murdered in 1990) as well as the grandfather (living at the family home) and even father being alleged molesters themselves. The family has become a laughing stock to them. Pathetic bullies.

      Right! Wtf r u asking him why didn’t he escape earlier ! He was a damn child! He was told his parents gave him up and this dude adopted him. You know how when you teach your kid to obey adults ? Yeah sounds like he was doing that. And the fact that Parnell would leave him alone while he went to work means he was in Steven’s head . He had those mental handcuffs on him tight and if the other boy wasn’t so distraught and honestly probably entering Steven’s only child life….he probably wouldn’t have ever tried to find his family. Insane story

    The fact that his parent didn’t wanna seek Steven some help with counseling etc yet kept booking him interviews to be exposed by the media really just explains how shitty they were. I just dont comprehend our justice system at all. If a person gets arrested with a few pounds of marijuana or some other drug our justice system locks them up in prison for several years. Hell sometimes they'll lock them up for the rest of their lives. But a child molester our system will give them a little smack on they're wrist. At most child predators usually only receive probation and maybe just a few years in prison. Then they think the predator isn't going to do it again? Unfortunately once that predator has been released and if they're in trouble because their victim told law enforcement they'll repeat them murder their next victim. Child molesters absolutely CAN'T be rehabilitated!!! I don't care what anybody says they 💯% CAN'T.

    @abcnews i had a question regarding some of the information from the last 3 videos. So I am reading the book The Yosemite Murders by Dennis McDougal. While reading this I noticed some information portrayed differently in this video compared to what I had read, perhaps you could clarify it for me.
    the first was the mention of how Parnell went to the payphone and told Steven "your parents dont want you anymore". everything that lead up to that moment is the same but in my book it states "i asked your parents if you could spend the night! they said yes!" and then later on when steven asks when does he get to go back home, he states "your parents died in a car accident"
    the second is that Parnell sedated Stayed upon arrival. In the book it states that Stayner had a naive trait about himself, which Parnell actually states because the moment the car had came up, Stayner just hopped in. Parnell eluded him with things such as toys and food like pizza and tacos..a tactic he used as well for Timmy
    lastly, is the part of which timmy and stayner go to the station. in my book it states that stayner walked with him to the glass door, and explained to him what he had to do. after, stayer leaves to not be seen by police. it doesnt state his plans as to what he mightve done if a cop hadnt seen him and timmy running after him crying. its in THAT moment stayner says who he is, he didnt plan to actually go into the station.

    I wonder sometimes if there is a spirit to evil (like in final destination) - it was amazing for Steven to survive and thrive but death came for him anyway... and then it spread to his brother. Like a great evil can spread.

    So many, MANY things to say about this case, but I'll start with: In today's world, there would NEVER be such a public media circus when a kidnapped kid is reunited with his family. They needed privacy and got nothing of the sort. Then all the bullying and the rapes being publicly disclosed , OMG, that poor kid!. The refusal of counseling by the family is just horrifying. These days, counseling/therapy is *standard practice* for ALL involved. How Steven grew up to be a reasonably responsible and apparently well-adjusted family man is nothing short of amazing. So tragic that his life was cut so short, and Timmy White's as well. RIP to both. 😢

    That's even more sad in itself. Parnell is able to find a 15 yo teen boy that is willing to, for pay, find a little boy and lure the little boy to be kidnapped. That is very sad what alot of men can be bought to do. Thank God for Steven.

    I hated the stupid people that Steven Stayner had to deal with and people who bullied him and terrorized him and laughed at him and I wonder what they think of their behavior now that Steven Stayner is dead and they probbaly don't even care. Steven Stayner was a hero and they can't take that away from him. It wasn't his fault and people hated him so much. People were jealous of Steven Stayner and he had problems with his own family and they exposed him in the media and didn't get him any help. Talk about shitty parents and Steven is in a good place now. Corin Nemec nailed this role

    • @DMalltheway
      @DMalltheway 2 года назад

      People were jealous but with the brother committing cold blooded murders and the families own molestation history with the grandfather, uncle (murdered in 1990) and allegedly the father, they probably see the whole family as a laughing stock and it’s pathetic.
