We had an amazing time uncovering, discovering and researching the history of the Bagel. We explored how Bagels got to NYC and how they continue to be such a delicious New York City treat!
We compared the great Russ and Daughters to the new school Utopia Bagels to see which salmon and lox bagel was the best. There are obviously 100s of other Bagel options in New York City. Which one is your favorite!?
