    Our D played great and probably did the best job against LJ as any team will the rest of the year. Amazing QB with amazing guts! He can play some ball. What he did in the second half after getting rattled in the first was unreal. I hope we do not have to see him again but if so i believe we will have another great game plan and i trust DW to out score him if needed.

      Yeah as the season went on, people figured out certain ways to slow down Lamar and we all saw what happened in those games, particularly against Houston. LJ is what made this team go. I also don't think the game was bias at all. Thought it went right down the middle for both teams.

    As pumped as I was about beating the snot out of FSU and as excited as I was about this game, the dark cloud of losing this game actually had a silver lining. And the silver lining was that Clemson went on to beat bama in the N/C game. As bad as my Cards were playing at the end of this year there is no possible way they could have beat bama. But Clemson better watch out this year playing in our house this time.
    And my Cards get a chance to play bama in the season opener Sept 2018. Hope we're ready.

    What a wild game. Low scoring early. Then a turnover fest for both teams in the middle. Clemson looks like they've slowed Lamar down. Louisville runs nearly 100 plays to wear down the Clemson defense and takes the lead. All the pressure is back on Deshaun and he still takes them down the field to score. Left too much time on the clock. Lamar brings them down the field and comes up a yard short. Just wow lol. What a fantastic game. Both programs should be proud of this performance.

  • @tayeant1
    @tayeant1 3 года назад +3

    The worst narrative is that Lamar can't throw. For pete sakes just say you favor certain throwing motions because I see all the qb's throw inaccurate or bad passes including the top 5. Lamar is completing 64 percent of his passes with a bottom 5 receiving core, no disrespect. But the potential of Lamar is out of the roof and I feel like they're just wasting time by not adding highly projected receivers. Its pretty criminal if you ask me. And hollywood can be really good but he needs real #1 help to threaten the defense which would allow him to get free releases. But besides Mahomes, its Lamar Jackson over anybody for me.

    I hate announcers who make a comment on a play in real time, and when the replay shows something completely different, refuse to acknowledge that they had it wrong. This seems to happen a lot more in NCAA than in the NFL... it's almost like NCAA commentators go into each game with a script, and follow it, regardless of what unfolds on the field. In this game, the comment "he wants to make plays for himself" was the (negative) script on Jackson...
