Hey! I’m so happy you’re here today!!! I’m currently thinking of videos to share next month, and wanted to get your suggestions - so let me know what you’d like to see! {the pink bathroom is happening as soon as the boys go back to school in a couple weeks… but what else?!} Also, I hope you love this house project/dining room makeover as much as we do!! Have an AMAZING day!! You deserve it! 🥰 ♥Amanda
I'm really looking forward to seeing what you do to your bedroom furniture to make it more your style. I've heard you talk about it before and I'm curious about how you plan to do it 😊
I love the color of the table as is, the black of the chairs really elevated the whole look. Great job Amanda..anxiously awaiting your bedroom makeover, i just know it's gonna be on point ❤
I would keep the table top as is. It pulls the deeper tones out of your artwork in the dining area, but has some highlights as well. It really brings the kitchen, dining area together. The chairs turned out wonderful and I love how the cactus accentuates your high ceilings in the living area. Have a wonderful weekend!
I wouldn't change the table at all - I think the color is so complimentary to the rest of the wood (including your floor). Keep it the way it is - it looks great and will be MUCH easier than stripping/waxing. Love the cactus - it's HUGE!!! :)
I love the look of your dining area and I think the table is very complimentary to the sideboard and the stools. That cactus skeleton is awesome!! Loved all the kitties in the window ❤
Love, love, love the dining room set and the cactus skeleton! It's awesome how you're embracing the local culture and desert environment and tying it into your decor. And so tastefully done. I would also leave the table as is. It's beautiful. Thanks for sharing. ❤
Love the way everything turned out! I vote to leave table as is. Also, a fridge organization video would be wonderful. I’ve been binging them recently since getting a new fridge.
LOVE the table and chairs! I’m thinking since you have a darker table, black chairs, maybe find a lighter rug for under the table? It might help balance some of the darker tones. ❤
Taking decorating slowly and adjusting as you go makes so much sense. I’m looking forward to the boys bathroom makeover! You always come up with such clever accent walls and cosmetic updates. 😊
Love the table as is!!! Gives an added dimension!!! I agree with Kyle about the light fixture with windows & other things being off center. The round makes it not so obvious. Great job!!! Love all your makeovers.
I love the table the way it is. REALLY!!!! I think it goes perfectly with the raw wood and the black chairs. OMG the cactus skeleton is awesome. Looks so good. I would put some potted plants around the base.
I agree the table as is looks best. It has a lot of character. The beyond paint is a game changer, such a smooth high end finish. Yes, a different shade for light. Great job
Omgoodness, I love the table. Do not change it. You cactus skeleton fits so nicely in the family room area. I love, love your style for this home. It’s completely different from your Utah home for sure. You have so many different elements from the desert and it makes this home cozy! ❤
Love the table the way you left it. It has enough “lightness” to it that it woks really well with the way you did the chairs at the island and the other pieces in the kitchen. As crazy as it may seem I’ve never thought about painting furniture to help update/change the look so it matches any updates in my decor that I may want to do. You have been giving me so many ideas - a huge thank you!
I would keep the table the way it is. Love how everything flows with the colors between your kitchen, dining room, back splash and your new countertop. I really enjoy watching you and the projects you do. It inspires me to be a little more creative with mine. I look forward to all the projects you have lined up to do, plus the recipes. Thank you!
I think the new table has such depth like you said! And I love all the tones- the lighter tones actually pull together the dresser and island chairs 🤍 beautiful! Such a great find 🥰
I love the chairs, the dark matte of them, I think the table is absolutely lovely and I am inclined to think on the same lines as you, by leaving it alone and not going all matchy matchy. It truly does change the look of the dining and I think you picked out beautiful chairs and table.
I am loving the new table and chairs. Leave the table as is. Everything is blending so we'll. I love the cactus. It is such a awesome touch. Put the plant in the guest bedroom since it will get plenty of light there. Awesome job with dining area. ❤
I’m looking forward to the bathroom makeover! I personally would love some back to school prep, organization, and some quick and easy recipes that would be great for those busy school nights! I love how the chairs turned out!
Absolutely gorgeous!! I wouldn't change the top of the table. Love the cactus skeleton. Amanda you are absolutely amazing. Please do another recipe or two . Beautiful family and gorgeous home.
I agree in leaving the table the color it is. It actually looks as though there are natural looking tones throughout it. At least that's how it looks on this side of the camera. Awesome job and FB find!
Leave it! I love the way it looks now. And mixing wood tones is just fine ❤ I love the black chairs, and I’ll keep that paint choice in mind. Keep ‘em coming!!!

I love the table just the way it is. I do not think you need to sand it down. I'm with you-- too matchy matchy isn't always good. I love how you do these budget friendly projects for your home. Money doesn't grow on trees and I think that's what makes you so relatable for everyone!! The cactus is stunning and I've always loved how you have decorated your home to embrace your geography!!! I watch any and all videos you put out, but organization and decluttering are always a favorite! I also love some good Amanda food prepping! Super excited for the bathroom makeover too. You guys are awesome!!! 🌵🏜️

Love the table as it is. It balances out the two toned stools and has just enough color variation to make it interesting. Your kitchen looks amazing.
I wouldn't change the table at all - I think the color is so complimentary to the rest of the wood (including your floor). Keep it the way it is - it looks great and will be MUCH easier than stripping/waxing. Love the cactus - it's HUGE!!! :)
