What is the very first paper that you placed on it? Is it just stablizer?
Sorry for the confusion, this is a piece of applique fabric, I used white cotton fabric.
What foam do you recommend?
I'm using Gunold embroidery puffy foam of thickness 3mm, also, you can use Sulky of Amerika and other brands.
