Please pray for me I am struggling with sin and feeling like I can’t stop certain ones and it makes me feel terrible and disrespectful to God even tho I know he still loves me I know I also need to obey his words and sometimes it feels impossible I also struggle with mental health issues so that plays a role in my journey as well I do see changes in me since following the lord and I am grateful for that but I also need to keep going and not be a slave to my sins I pray that the lord will give me the strength I need and the mindset to want to change please pray for me as I will for whoever is also struggling like me God bless us all ❤
I will pray for you ❤ I also can absolutely relate to that and to be honest I am too struggling with it too. I know that it can be very taxing emotionally mentally and spiritually but you must keep going. I don’t know if it’s fitting with sinful thoughts or actions. For me personally, it’s thought and I still trying to remember how to do this my self but remind yourself that God has already won. And as long as you keep trying to keep his commands as best as you can. Also praying and this verse might help you 2 Corinthians 10:05 and also remembering that he is always with you till Dusk till dawn and he will forgive you especially when you keep trying everyday. But I will keep you in my prayers and I am wondering if you could maybe do the same for and continue to do others. Cause it’s definitely difficult especially when the enemy is trying to put things in your head. But please let me know how are you doing?

@@elh2983 I'm from Pakistan and I know it can be very hard. You can first start by asking questions about eternity and how many good works do you need to enter heaven? That way you can share no amount of good works can help you enter heaven except through believing in Jesus. Show her the verses of Quran that say Jesus will come to judge the world and tell her only God can judge. Be wise like a serpent and harmless as a dove. Be wise and try your best not to get persecuted and to spread the truth with pure love and patience.

Does anyone else struggle with loving god? Like I always have an inward anxiety of either god is mad at me or I’m not a real Christian bea casue I’m not constantly sharing my faith an thousands of other thoughts. I’ve repented an put my faith only in Christ. I’ve seen fruit in my life an people in my local church have told me they have to, but I’m constantly having this inward conversation a battle. I don’t know if it’s God trying to tell me something, the enemy attacking me constantly bc he knows my weakness in doubt, or if it’s just my own flesh. I’ve prayed about it an sometimes even in anoyence but I just can’t seem to shake this inward argument an enmity and then I get jealous over Christian’s who love the lord so strongly which I know is sinful and wrong. I constantly doubt my salvation because I feel like a true Christian wouldn’t struggle to love the lord a bearing about him an his name. But I hate that I feel this way. I want to just love god all the time an his word a never feel burden by it at times.
The entirety of the Old Testament shows the struggle between God and Man, it shows lapse in faith, righteous men sinning and questioning God. You are not unique in your struggle, as we all may feel guilty, lacking, and undeserving.
Just note, that those men, who were called righteous, did not always go about preaching about God, some, alike Abraham, did not do so at all. Godliness is not measured by how many people you saved, it's your relationship with God. In a relationship, you go back and forth, you'll fail, you'll doubt, you'll struggle, however, you always must come back. God does not expect you to be perfect, however He expects you to try, to repent of your former ways, to always come back to Him.

I had this struggle it’s not as bad as it used to be because I am learning that God is for me and He loves me. After all he made me and there’s no emotion that we have that will scare Him away and He never condemns us. When we let go of the “I should” (because we’re only punishing ourselves thinking it’s God) then we finally can live in abundant fullness that Christ came to give us! ❤
You put how i've felt for years into a paragraph better than i ever could. Just that constant feeling of doubt and stress and anxiety that ears away at you. I deal with depression and constantly think "God is punishing me for something." It's the worst feeling.

I've believed many of these lies myself. Though I've been a Christian since i accepted Jesus as a young child, there's still much to learn. But God is good and patient. Throughout my life, He continues to reveal truth and break down the lies.

Thank you so much I have been struggling with sin a lot and I know His peace and forgiveness. I know He did not promise us a rose garden without thorns. it is just that is is hard to overcome the sin. I am constantly trying to improve this life with Him in it.

I didn’t feel like praying today because of guilt but I still wanted to be close to God so I clicked on your video so I could hear some short teachings and what you described was what I was going through. I really felt like God was telling me ‘it’s okay so come to me as you are and talk with me’ ❤
I love all of these! Especially resonate with being introverted. I am much better and relating with others and creating relationships and then sharing in the right moment. I also share with my art!

Theology is a very important part of the life of a christian or disciple , BUT its can be a dangerous road yet very rewarding in defending your faith , and it CAN sometimes shake your faith just be careful and keep your faith in our lord and savior Jesus.

A lie I used to believe is that all people are not children of God as Paul said in Acts 17. I hadn’t seen that all are offspring of God and in Him we live and move and have our being.
As I was meditating on Jesus being the way, truth and life and how that fits into the truth I am seeing. This is what He said:
I said that I am the way, the truth and the life and NO ONE comes to the Father except through Me. Not long after I spoke those words, I fulfilled them when I died and then rose again. I took all of humanity with me into death and then into resurrection and to the Father.
I also said that when I am lifted up I will draw (actually drag) all men to Myself. I also accomplished this in My death and resurrection.
Wow, this is a very comforting and assuring word from the Lord. We can rest in Him and begin walking in the inheritance we have been given.

I am not SDA but from Scripture itself I know today's Saturday is the Seventh day of the week and thus should be Sabbath for Christians as well.

is watching them 24 hours a day seven days a week and anything they say that goes against
him will result in being burned alive for eternity, it is not possible for anyone being
coerced that way to even begin to make truthful statements, never mind concede a point to
an atheist.
Not committing a sin is not "doing good work."
You may not need to do good works to stay saved. But you if you are saved an you start practicing sin again then you will not be saved anymore.
A heart isn’t transformed necessarily after salvation from the penalty of sin. That only happens in the future when believers receive glorified bodies and are saved from the presence of sin. Believers can and do sin continually and sometimes without remorse or ever repenting of it. This is just the reality. Teaching that a true believer will not love their sin anymore is a dangerous pitfall trap that causes people to stray from the gospel of grace. It is also just plain unbiblical. Human beings are just as able to sin and love their sin after believing in Christ for eternal life as before.
Oh man. I wish I knew exactly what God wants me to do in this life. I need to know my purpose in this life in God. But I’m not so sure what he wants me to do and what I should do about that lack of knowledge so I’m really confused about my life right now and where I’m headed. Daily disciple. How do I find out what God wants for me? What does he have in store for me? What does he want me to do?
What is your view on Eternal Security?
If you are looking to your lifestyle to see if your saved then it is proof that you have not put your faith in him to be saved to begin with. Change in a Christians life ONLY happens when the christian cooperates with the Holy Spirit to make changes but change itself doesn't prove your saved. What saves you is the blood of Jesus only period! Change is not automatic after your saved and doesnt prove or disprove anything. If it did then its no longer Jesus your trusting in to save you anymore, your trusting in you NOT him.
I really wish yall would stop misusing Roman's 7 and the new testement. You all speak in symbolism but yet are not living it.

I really don’t feel much joy in my life. I accepted Christ as my savior and I’m trusting him to go to heaven. Christ has blessed me abundantly with a good job, health, athletic ability, intelligence, and so much more, but ever since my gf and I broke up (a year ago now) life just isn’t the same. Now I just feel like I need to get through one more day and then another and another and so on until the return of Christ or my death. How do I get out of this funk?

Also, sinners are everywhere even in hospitals schools, for you to leave places with sin you would have to leave the world. You can be in the world, just don't do what they do. Pray and ask the Lord about this, cause He knows best.

As for Paul and Romans 1, Paul never met Jesus and stated/claimed his entire knowledge came from existing scripture and personal revelation. So his sources were 'trust me bro' and writings mostly penned by mostly anonymous men who claimed they were relating the word of a god centuries before absent of any objective evidence that was remotely true.

Is it by grace or by works? Cain offered his fruit and it was not accepted. Abel offered the lamb and it was accepted. And Abel was bludgeoned by Cain. Trust in Christ only. In his blood we are righteous (philippians 3:9)

Another lie was that Catholicism was false. As our family reads through scripture together, chapter by chapter, we find so much validity in the Catholic view. It definitely seems like protestantism can only take you so far in your walk with Christ.
A lot of things the Catholic church teaches are not biblical. That’s a fact you can’t deny when you read the word of God. That doesn’t mean Catholics don’t love God, but that they may wanna get to know Him and His word better… just saying.

How does objective truth (and therefore objective falsities) exist apart from God? If Atheism is true, we’re all just highly organized matter, and our notions of truth are just opinions because there’s no standard outside of ourselves. But, because objective truth exists, there is a God or at least some transcendent force that has established it. Hope this helps, Friend!
