Funny you say that, you're right? So many times I look at the docs in videos teaching their theories and think "why should I believe you"? Because they look unhealthy. This doc really does look very healthy.

Look into....Fasting obviously.... A thorough detox..... Aronia berries... Look into them...Maqui berries... You can create tea and sip throughout the day... Stay away from refined carbs and sugar.. Eat as organic as you can... Get a good reverse osmosis water system if you can.... Wash your vegetables in bicarb of soda and apple cider vinegar then wash before steaming or eating raw... Do your own research of course but meditating... Good sleep..... Certain supplements... Come to your own conclusions.. Never buy supplements that have fillers or binders.. No magnesium stearate.. No silicon dioxide.. 5greens is a great website in the UK if you're from this country. Perhaps things like Zeolite Clinoptilolite powder to consume to remove toxins but research and see what you can is best... Sweating is highly effective...Exercise... Weight training in particular and brisk walk would be a great combination. Lymphatic massage...Cold showers perhaps....

i have had cancer twice. and have lived with many health issues for years. My cancer was later stage 4. i used Advanced Gerson Cancer diet/therpies myself to stop the spread faster, and until it was half gone. Then i did half and half using Doc William Li's method and still cheated once my cancer was down. I am not an all natural person in foods, but a southern belle bad diet for sure. we love souther foods. but have learned to stop a big part of such and replace it with healthy foods mostly. moderation is the key. I wish i had found it early. I tried chemo/Ra and could not do such. i reacted right away. I did it every other week and stopped. even that i reacted and was NOT going to allow such to harm other parts of my body. Many develop heart issues. I went from alittle normal for age arteries to 90% blocked and now have to deal with that even with healthy foods and all that struggle. Yet so many conditions I had, is gone! even big part of glacomma which is NOT suppose to just disapear and get better. Also no more fibromyalgia. so many issues gone. now i have to deal with the heart. if i make it, i know how to finish fixing it. These diets. sad thing is, kids ARE getting sicker fast and as kids and CANCER IS on rise even iwth kids. its fast foods and not eating healthy today/

Whole foods, fermented foods, healthy fats, evoo, coconut, avocado, D3, K2, and intermittent fasting. Eliminate all processed carbs and sugar, vegetable seed oils these are all highly inflammatory
Kicked choriocarcinoma in 1992, without any medical, pharmaceutical, or chemotherapy intervention. The four most important legs of the treatment I devised for myself were: 1) Mind-body communication in a meditative state, 2) Optimal nutrition (including the elimination of sugar), eating only organically grown/raised food, 3) Specific herbs (some wild harvested from a nearby field), 4) Body treatments (chiropractic and massage). My oncologist (who was adamant that chemo was the only way to treat this) insisted that I take blood draws twice per week to keep an eye on hCG titer levels. It took five months for my doctors to reach a diagnosis, but then, only four weeks on this protocol for my body to get rid of it.

Recently had my right kidney removed that was cancerous. Scored as a T1-B less than 7cm. Needless to say I was shocked by this news, found when I had a MRI for a back problem. I have always eaten healthy,(have done Keto in past), normal weight, very active with exercise, only take a statin, No diabetes, no high blood pressure. I am a believer food is what keeps us healthy. I was lucky I showed no signs of spread. I really need help with finding a cookbook and advice on what vitamins I should take or not take. Now that I will live with one kidney. I find black licorice candy at bedtime helps me breath at night. A healthy kidney harnesses lung chi and heart chi, for deeper breath. Cannabis salve also helps this deeper, calmer feeling. Eating kidneys and liver is a folk medicine.

Well put. Nutrition isn’t a major component in their studies. Taking medication 💊 can also trigger other problems for which you then need more medication these reactions.
That's a bit harsh, tho I do agree there should be more training. The problem with that is that most research is money motivated, not necessary factual, si may not be worth the med students spending time going from one rabbit hole to another
They put me on an antiarrythmia drug called Flecainide that has many side effects and anticoagulant Eliquis for AFib how can I take care of my condition without these drugs 🙏🏻❤️
And also fruits. I believe that most of the fruits, vegetables, sea foods etc are created for human consumption and other living things. Avoiding them is also avoiding necessary nutrients to our body. Humans had a lot to learn about the compositions of fruits. It means their are still a lot of things thats benefit our body that humans had not discovered yet

My mother cooked Cuban food with a healthy twist all my life. She was into healthy living before it was popular. It's amazing how powerful a healthy diet is. My diet consists of everything you mentioned including lentils, cabbage, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, blueberries, cranberries, lots of onions and garlic, and so on. I had to reach out to find answers I was looking for I was not able to get any answers from any of my doctors! I went in for a ct scan on 04/22/24 and on 04/23/24 my Oncologist stated that there were no signs of cancer in my body so please people you can not go by everything that they tell you! Dr. Li has talked about superfoods such as: tea (various), Cacao (not standard chocolate bars, need to be high cacao content), broccoli (the stems are better than the florets) broccoli sprouts, and mushrooms (which can be left in the sun to increase vitamin D). Organic is best. Apples are also really good for us. Sugar is bad. White flour and rice turn sugar... Barbara O'Neil is great too. Nutritionist and holistic healer. Lots of good info.

Just want to let you know that I truly enjoy all of these videos that you’re putting out. They’re very helpful they bring intelligence to our eating. I want to share a couple things with you number one. I have a great aunt. She’s in her 90s high functioning about 10 years ago she suffered greatly from arthritis in the hands legs everywhere, and she also had a stroke. I praise God on this one and she does too, but she discovered changing her diet, removing tomatoes, red meats and pork from her diet has completely 100% reversed her arthritis you would never know she ever had an issue and her issue was quite severe. She is truly a case study. As well as myself figured out in my case, and this is not forever one that my body just does not like the sugars, the carbohydrates at least the bad ones not the good ones and the only way that I can maintain health is to have a more like a keto diet There was a time that I could barely walk. There was a time that I was suffering greatly from trigger fingers on multiple fingers multiple headaches anxiety seem like I had a cloud of depression. I could barely walk and I’m in my early 50s. When this all started. I’m now late once I was introduced to the KetoDiet my life changed 100%, realize the impact of foods and what they can do we have to know our bodies like my aunt and like myself, but we became a and healthy self

Same with a family member of mine and friends, who had no fear of Covid, trusted their immune system and lived their lives, until they got Covid and died from it. That's the thing with the virus - it couldn't care less if you're afraid of it or not.
Good for you but I hope it occurred to you there are people who do suffer with various illnesses and diseases, whose health could be compromised were they to come into contact with whatever virus/bacteria/germs you happened to be hosting… I felt the same as you, as a healthy strong person I was confident my immune system would handle whatever I came in contact with, yet I still wore a mask and washed my hands regularly as an easy, basic thing to do to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus to those who may not be able to survive should they get it.
Unfortunately so many people were never taught basic hygiene wash your hands, cover your mouth when you have a cold, and so on. You should also be washing anything coming from stores that have been touched along the way.

I know for my body, if i eat oranges, i tend to get more sinus infections, bronchitis and pneumonia. But if i eat grapefruit, lemons and limes, i can get wet in 30 degrees/sleep without heat and not get any sinus/bronchitis/pneumonia. I had found a book 'Eating 4 Your Blood Type.'

Differential reinforcement! When we focus on the healthy foods that we already love, not only will be feel better, but we will also be better satiated. In the act of prioritizing good foods we love, we leave less room and time for the bad foods we might crave, without being asked to remove those foods as a primary instruction. Love it!

I learned a lot. I also learned how to answer a question that could get you removed from social media as well. The lesson is do not criticize COVID treatment modalities. Dr Li is an excellent dancer even as he is an incredible scientist.

I'm doing buttermilk every day, mostly because it's less expensive and easy. I bought buttermilk cultures off Amazon and add it to milk, then let it sit out for 12+ hours. It works for me.
I love to listen to your talks, most of them i don't understand but i get the gist. I don't drink, don't smoke, i haven't drunk any fizzy drinks till now, don't eat chips, don't even eat sausage let alone those processed meat! But I am ridden with problems from head to toe. I prepare food from scratch. I am in my third year of being treated for lung cancer. I am doing pretty good at this moment in time although I have other health problems. My eating habits have been up and down in this time period but I have mostly done good at least lately however I had fallen off the wagon by buying some ice cream sandwiches yesterday. They just went in to the garbage.

i have had cancer twice. and have lived with many health issues for years. My cancer was later stage 4. i used Advanced Gerson Cancer diet/therpies myself to stop the spread faster, and until it was half gone. Then i did half and half using Doc William Li's method and still cheated once my cancer was down. I am not an all natural person in foods, but a southern belle bad diet for sure. we love souther foods. but have learned to stop a big part of such and replace it with healthy foods mostly. moderation is the key. I wish i had found it early. I tried chemo/Ra and could not do such. i reacted right away. I did it every other week and stopped. even that i reacted and was NOT going to allow such to harm other parts of my body. Many develop heart issues. I went from alittle normal for age arteries to 90% blocked and now have to deal with that even with healthy foods and all that struggle. Yet so many conditions I had, is gone! even big part of glacomma which is NOT suppose to just disapear and get better. Also no more fibromyalgia. so many issues gone. now i have to deal with the heart. if i make it, i know how to finish fixing it. These diets. sad thing is, kids ARE getting sicker fast and as kids and CANCER IS on rise even iwth kids. its fast foods and not eating healthy today/

Whole foods, fermented foods, healthy fats, evoo, coconut, avocado, D3, K2, and intermittent fasting.
Eliminate all processed carbs and sugar, vegetable seed oils these are all highly inflammatory
Kicked choriocarcinoma in 1992, without any medical, pharmaceutical, or chemotherapy intervention. The four most important legs of the treatment I devised for myself were:
1) Mind-body communication in a meditative state,
2) Optimal nutrition (including the elimination of sugar), eating only organically grown/raised food,
3) Specific herbs (some wild harvested from a nearby field),
4) Body treatments (chiropractic and massage).

I find black licorice candy at bedtime helps me breath at night. A healthy kidney harnesses lung chi and heart chi, for deeper breath. Cannabis salve also helps this deeper, calmer feeling. Eating kidneys and liver is a folk medicine.

This is great information, im 67, had a stroke in 2010, weighi g 375 pounds, it was hard trying to get the stroke out of head, it took 3 years of eating healthy, and walking a lot, it works, i dropped 140 pounds, still walking alot, i havent been sick, since the stroke, no covid, no colds, i do eat supplements daily, and i feel great 😅😊😊😊

They put me on an antiarrythmia drug called Flecainide that has many side effects and anticoagulant Eliquis for AFib how can I take care of my condition without these drugs 🙏🏻❤️

I went in for a ct scan on 04/22/24 and on 04/23/24 my Oncologist stated that there were no signs of cancer in my body so please people you can not go by everything that they tell you! Dr. Li has talked about superfoods such as: tea (various), Cacao (not standard chocolate bars, need to be high cacao content), broccoli (the stems are better than the florets) broccoli sprouts, and mushrooms (which can be left in the sun to increase vitamin D). Organic is best.
Apples are also really good for us.
Sugar is bad. White flour and rice turn sugar...

Just want to let you know that I truly enjoy all of these videos that you’re putting out. They’re very helpful they bring intelligence to our eating. I want to share a couple things with you number one. I have a great aunt. She’s in her 90s high functioning about 10 years ago she suffered greatly from arthritis in the hands legs everywhere, and she also had a stroke. I praise God on this one and she does too, but she discovered changing her diet, removing tomatoes, red meats and pork from her diet has completely 100% reversed her arthritis you would never know she ever had an issue and her issue was quite severe. She is truly a case study.
As well as myself figured out in my case, and this is not forever one that my body just does not like the sugars, the carbohydrates at least the bad ones not the good ones and the only way that I can maintain health is to have a more like a keto diet There was a time that I could barely walk. There was a time that I was suffering greatly from trigger fingers on multiple fingers multiple headaches anxiety seem like I had a cloud of depression. I could barely walk and I’m in my early 50s. When this all started. I’m now late once I was introduced to the KetoDiet my life changed 100%, realize the impact of foods and what they can do we have to know our bodies like my aunt and like myself, but we became a and healthy self
This is why it’s holistic! It doesn’t cancel out pharmaceuticals. We’re finding strategic ways to incorporate pharmaceuticals to adjunct the lifestyles we have to improve our health.

Thankfully, no one in my family was fearful during Covid. We trusted our immune systems and lived our lives.
Same with a family member of mine and friends, who had no fear of Covid, trusted their immune system and lived their lives, until they got Covid and died from it. That's the thing with the virus - it couldn't care less if you're afraid of it or not.
Good for you but I hope it occurred to you there are people who do suffer with various illnesses and diseases, whose health could be compromised were they to come into contact with whatever virus/bacteria/germs you happened to be hosting… I felt the same as you, as a healthy strong person I was confident my immune system would handle whatever I came in contact with, yet I still wore a mask and washed my hands regularly as an easy, basic thing to do to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus to those who may not be able to survive should they get it.

Unfortunately so many people were never taught basic hygiene wash your hands, cover your mouth when you have a cold, and so on. You should also be washing anything coming from stores that have been touched along the way.

I know for my body, if i eat oranges, i tend to get more sinus infections, bronchitis and pneumonia. But if i eat grapefruit, lemons and limes, i can get wet in 30 degrees/sleep without heat and not get any sinus/bronchitis/pneumonia. I had found a book 'Eating 4 Your Blood Type.'

Differential reinforcement! When we focus on the healthy foods that we already love, not only will be feel better, but we will also be better satiated. In the act of prioritizing good foods we love, we leave less room and time for the bad foods we might crave, without being asked to remove those foods as a primary instruction. Love it!

Thanks for all the information. I have high cholesterol .I decided to work on diet and I do annually a cholesterol test. Currently it looks fine, I'm now battling to increase my HDL in order to lower my LDL with food and not with medication. Thanks once again, Dr William Li

I'm doing buttermilk every day, mostly because it's less expensive and easy.
I bought buttermilk cultures off Amazon and add it to milk, then let it sit out for 12+ hours.
It works for me.

I love to listen to your talks, most of them i don't understand but i get the gist. I don't drink, don't smoke, i haven't drunk any fizzy drinks till now, don't eat chips, don't even eat sausage let alone those processed meat! But I am ridden with problems from head to toe. I prepare food from scratch. People keep shoving leaflets of Pizza, takeaway etc, and I laugh at myself, you're targetting the wrong person 😂

I am in my third year of being treated for lung cancer. I am doing pretty good at this moment in time although I have other health problems. My eating habits have been up and down in this time period but I have mostly done good at least lately however I had fallen off the wagon by buying some ice cream sandwiches yesterday. They just went in to the garbage.
