You can also SP convert all of your hundreds of unused Materia at the end of the game (giving you millions of SP) and then equip an SP Master Materia. You'll be invincible for most if not all of the fight.
I think this method is good if you are trying to win the fight quick...you can avoid the gil grind and just beat her in about 5-10 minutes using costly punch with similar materias. dualcast+curaga and ~3 elixirs&phoenix downs, can keep Zack stable for the whole fight.
all i did was max vitality and strength, got 75,000 hp to survive her limit attacks, stole 99 phoenix downs and used one every time she killed me. then just kept wailing on her with costly punch. took me awhile but i beat her eventually.
Get Buster Sword proficiency to 100% -- take zero damage when in stance. Still have to dodge ultima and Holy judgement will still wreck you if you don't break it, but everything else is blocked. Also used high jump on her with atk maxed out dealing 99,999 damage, and it jumps over every attack but krysta if timed correctly. Had the same accessories on. Didn't want to do a gil or sp grind with sp materia.
I suppose you can also use jump attack to win but the disadvantage is really take long times and need lots of phoenix feather to protect you from mission failed
I know the way I did it takes a while to grind for the proficiency but I did it with magical punch and 100% proficiency blocking all damage while in battle stance Also I just went into it with mug cause I'd rather just steal her phoenix downs instead of just grinding for them beforehand I posted a video of it if anyone is interested

Use an elixir+phoenix down after the arrow. Toss money after she attacks. Keep the phoenix down active, but you shouldn't need them, seriously you shouldn't die at all.
I used smart consumer with 100 vit. So that potion heals for max HP everytime. Of course the elixir when she ults/ limit breaks, and the usual materias. gg easy win
Honestly this game was way too easy. The missions were tedious but even on hard mode I whizzed through. To be fair though I did go AFK for a couple days to 100% the DMW when I came back I was level 70 so....
It is funny that everybody mentions the Buster Sword thing. It is complete garbage: There is no point in using it when you have to do alll the other grind that makes it redundant, also it is nothing that helps you for the first chapters in NG+. Sure, you can use ir to get no damage later, but that is completely unnecessary in this game.

Or just use costly punch and make sure your hp is above 52,000 when she ultimates at 50%.
the moment you wish you could break the damage limit again because the biggest annoyance is the hp and nothing else xD

its 10 times harder, you need sp master to tank not sure on how much sp tho and 130m for giltoss
16-18 mil Gil with stance will make 99999. Also turbo boost for dmg around 14mil points. Though u won't spend much. About 7 min fight. With Gil toss.
