So many bikers (myself included) think that for a long touring trip, wether at home or abroard, has to be executed on a big touring bike. You have proved all of us wrong, and completed yet another long tour on a "little" 400cc maschine with that "big tent (which I would love a long-term review clip of) strapped on it, well done you. Well done also on this wonderful Scottish series, your best to date, that has been on my bucket list for years. Fantastic editing, beautiful pictures and your interesting commentry, backed, up with your wit and observations, all goes to showing what can be done if one would just, get up 'n go! I am so looking forward to your next Adventure. Thanks for all so far. Greets from Switzerland, Steve.
You have hit the nail on the head. Myself and all of my mates have bought smaller bikes. The journey times are no different, 50mph is the same on a Honda 50 as it is on a Hayabusa. I love the sound of that Himalayan, chugging away relentlessly.
Hi ya thanks so much for showing us your awesome adventure around..The NC 500 absolutely amazing ya made up my my mind doing it next year..24 thanks for sharing your thoughts and information outstanding..a uk biker...🏍🤔🤪
Thanks for video. Really enjoy the ride through villages, seeing the sights. Having some vintage bikes I feel your brothers pain. Another great one, thanks again!
The couple that you visited and went for a brew at seemed so lovely, I can't believe the bike she owned was from 1991, I was 20, it looked in immaculate condition. I'm glad your brother finally got the bike started 🙌 😅. Thanks for sharing your adventures, see you on the next one, have a great weekend 😀 😊
Brilliant Charlie & Roger, loved this whole series of the NC500 run. amazing!! loved the old AJS, reminded me of the 350 Matchless i once had. Thanks again 😀😎

Hi Charlie just wanted to say , brilliant video, it's lovely to see Scotland. Just wanted to say we stayed south of Devon for holiday , which was good , we decided to go to Swindon Steam museum , just tell you funny story, I put steam museum on my sat nav , it took us to the steam train pub, it was closed. We did get to the museum at Swindon. It was very interesting. It was stop off , before going home to Nofolk.😊
Prithee, the sun in ya'eyes is not annoying when ya'r on two wheels. Do'nt knock it. Winter comes apace. Bit o'banter love, know full well what ya mean, esp this time of the year. Bad, or no manners really winds me up. I should'nt let it get to me, but it has done for 50 bleeding years !! Can't shake it off.
Little bit of advice to campers Hayley and Paul. Here in Australia we buy the cheapest 2 skin dome hike tent and put a plastic tissue paper thin painters drop sheet 2 dollars Australian between the inner mesh and outer fly to make the tent 100% waterproof. But only roll it past the apex if it's raining or you want a sauna, don't forget to cut it for door etc .happy camping Cheers Johnny gadget Melbourne Australia 👍
