Do you have a guide on how to position/set up the dungeon WA pack? I can't seem to get it how you have it -- i.e.: boss timers above enemy health bars, debuffs right above that, etc. It not very clear what it will look like in practice when importing. I'm not too familiar with WAs at a high level yet so if there is a way to turn them on to see (that doesn't just vomit everything on screen at once like in the menu)...well, I'm happy to learn it.

Went to your masterclass video and got my answer. If anyone else is wondering. /oc > expand Friendly tab > Select Dungeon > Extra Bars > AoE CC's > Uncheck lock frame.

When I tried using the Mists weak aura nothing happened. No lines, no circles, nothing at all appeared. Edit: Just checked again and it worked this time. Very strange. Hope that doesn't happen in the middle of an M+ run.
I think addons go a bit too far sometimes. This puzzle solver is kind of that way. Sometimes, I wish certain addons would be baked into the game, and Blizzard just disallowed addons as they are a bit too much of a crutch, and Blizz has to develop content with them in mind.
I agree with you that some are too much. But blizzard shouldn’t be putting stupid egregiously punishing puzzle mechanics in the timed dungeons. Way too easy for idiots to grief good players and brick keys.
@MFobes Good players will be playing in higher keys, and will let the dungeon know that they'll solve the puzzle. It's not a difficult solve even without adons and good players won't be in low keys for very long, at all.

They’ve even admitted in interviews that they are constantly “coming up with new ideas to make content challenging” because of addons solving content for the players. They should just ban the addons and make the content less convoluted.

Didn't blizzard state in some blue post that addons or WA that plays the game for you is not allowed? If a WA auto solves the puzzles without us needing to do anything, that should fall under that category no? I'm just hesitant to use such a thing and possibly getting my account banned.
Things like the auto follow weakaura used to boost people in Classic etc. The automation part that allows you to walk away and the game still *play itself* is more so what they were talking about.
@@Catdaddy836 A Weak Aura solves a puzzle that is meant for you to use your own brain to figure out, is by definition playing the game for you coz you don't need to use any input of your own for it to work. So to some extent it is playing the game for you. Whether it is allowed or not is another question.

are you talking about DBM or bigwigs? Definitely a good idea to have a basic dungeon boss mechanic addon such as one of those i just mentioned

it is DBM or bigwigs as the other user mentioned. Very useful for audio cues !

There's an addon called nameplate cooldowns..might be that. I have it too 👍🏻

helping you with a puzzle is not "playing the game for you" this addon was used during all of shadowlands without issue.
It was used the whole expansion in shadowlands and no one was banned.
