Thanks good job - enter down on the second column and keep going till into page two, then enter again until into second column of page two to enter right side inside message - then use printer setting “two sided print - flip on short edge” and can print on both sides at once and everything comes out in correct place thanks again
Thank you for getting straight to the point. So many videos people start off begging for likes/subscribes. You made this look very simple, as it should be.
Excellent! You speak slowly succinctly, and with an American accent! I have been on computers for longer than many people have been alive, and have always struggled with how to make greeting cards. The amount of paper and ink I wasted would have paid for someone's college education! A head slapping moment came when you showed the formatting trick was to use two columns. Gawd!
OMG so much easier than downloading a greeting card software ! I didnt know I could do all this on word! Thank you for your easy step by step tutorial!
Omg 😮 I feel really dumb for looking up the latest technology such as the cricut and silhouette when good old word would do exactly what I want on my cards ...thank you so much for saving me a whole lot of money !!
Great video, to the point video. Also, folks making cards may want to add “Created with love by Patti” or something like that customized to your name obviously to appear on the bottom back of the card. Just a thought. Thanks for the great video! (I love that this was made ten years ago, before everyone was an expert and had a channel lol) Trustworthy and still relevant.
Thank you Thank you Thank you!! I've been trying to make cards but could never figure out how to just print on one side of the paper. Your instructions were so clear and worked perfectly. Bless you!
This info is incredibly useful and your instructions actually make sense. You are very articulate and your voice is calming, unlike the in your face videos. And it is nice that you are not begging people to subscribe and ring the bell. Thank you.
I am so lost and you seem to be such a great teacher. Do I need to buy windows word or anything? I have a Dell that used to be Vista but my wife upgraded it somehow to Windows 7. She knows less than I do on most stuff on the computer lol. I am so tired of not knowing how to do anything on the computer Thank-you for taking the time to show an old combat wounded, disabled Viet Nam Vet I can do more than just watch t.v. or look outside. God bless you young man. Jesus loves you.
Good Day. I must say thank you for the information. I love the scenery it looks refreshing. One thing puzzled me which I think you should have showed us was "Space Down dropping line by line way to the bottom until the cursor lands at the top corner on right side of page"
This video was Great! Thank you so much. My only trouble came when I printed on my Canon Maxify 2320. The photo I took with my Samsung phone looked perfect on the computer, but when I printed, it came out with a very lime green tinge.
thanks! this is what i'm looking for... i really love to make invitations but don't know how... thanks 4 this...i can really follow its step by step instructions... thank u so much! u're really a big help!

Thanks. Very helpful and easy to follow. I used Strathmore 5x7 half fold card stock and with a little adjusting while following the video, it worked fine.
Thank you very much for a very clear and concise tutorial. I have done it before but somehow forgot. Although I seem to remember I was printing the whole card on one go... Maybe my memory is playing tricks!
I have taken note of your measurements and hope to use them in a different WP if that's OK. Have used Word for cards many years ago but had forgotten my page setup. Professional video, most beginners could follow.
Thank you so much for this video. Easy to follow, and I used it to create my own card template in Word. You've saved me a great social mishap with your tutorial.
Why didn't you just do a column break to get to the next page please, instead of using the Enter key? Can't this be completed by doing a double sized print. I am sure I have done that but cannot recall how. Love your very easy to follow utube.
Hello my dear our gift card printing services will be very affordable for you as 1 dollar is 270 rupees. And 1 pound is 350 rupees. Shipping rates are additional. Minimum quantity will be 1000 per design card and card weight will be 350 grams
This is a good tutorial. Light bulb moment with the column thing. I was doing it with margins but let's get real, it doesn't really work. TFS! Nicole from Canada
I’m a bit confused with finding the centre of the card! I don’t understand when you say spacing downwards until the curser lands on the top right! I kept pressing the enter key to down-space but the curser never came back up 🤷🏼♀️
Hi, this video is super easy to follow & helpful. Quick question, can you please let me know how can I stop the card curling after I print it? I can’t seem to make it flat. I would really appreciate your help. Thx
I have a question about the ink color. I have an Epson WF-7820 with color ink but the colors are not bright and glossy. Should I purchase a different ink cartridge or is it the printer? All I’m doing is printing greeting cards from home!
Love the tutorial and have succeeded in making great cards thanks to your clear instructions. However, I'd like to print so that the card is in landscape orientation, how do I do that?
Thank you so much for this simple explanation. I don't have MS Word. Is there any way I can get any free or discounted version of the Word anywhere or what else can I use? Thanks again.
Can you help...i am attempting to print greetings cards using A4 card 300 gsm on an injket printer...the test print comes out fine with 5 mm margins all round however the card won't print correctly with no margin at one end and 10 mm margin at the other...have adjusted to custom print b4 printing the card
Good tutorial. My smaller designs on a 8.5" x 11" do not turn out the right size. Such as a postcard size 5.5 x 4.3. No such setting on my home printer. Now what?
What is the best printer for doing greeting cards? Is there a printer with ink or toner that do not run when exposed to high humidity or other moisture situations like a mail man not closing a mailbox all the way
Very good: I have been struggling with the software that came with my printer, only to find that the largest size it will do is not as big as A4!! (Although the greeting card paper I bought comes from the same company!!) Will ditch that and use your method!
Hi thank u so much for this information . My problem is. What if I bought a blank cards from Michaels that are different size ? I bought a 6.5 in x 10 in cards with envelop . I’m finding it hard to print bec my printer is printing on a regular letter size (8x 11) Pls help me. Thank u
How do you print something on the inside of a thank you card. The front of the card is populated, I want to print something on the inside and I want it printed the opposite way you printed your card. It will open bottom to top, not side to side.
Thanks for your step by step tutorial... very handy. Could you be kind enough to recommend a good printer for card making, similar to what you are using?
Hi I am making my own Wedding Invitations, I am having trouble printing on my folded card , I see you are showing an A4 folded i am using a 15.3cm x 23cm folded in half, I put the page setup to the size but It prints towards the bottom of the card, could you please help with this, what am I doing wrong ? { just using printer paper} TIA

Thank you for getting straight to the point. So many videos people start off begging for likes/subscribes. You made this look very simple, as it should be.
Can't we just create a 2-page document and print with duplex enabled? I think that would be easier.

There's no such thing as an "American accent"
I read your comment in 2020 and it is correct
