Galaxy S7 edge launched with the last version of Touchwiz Nature but it was updated up to Samsung Experience 9.0.
Samsung Experience uses a space theme but its only seen on the S8 and Note 8.
Touchwiz is dead since 2012. and by that time Google UI looked the same

2016 was maybe the best year for phones ever. Really great high end phones like the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, Galaxy S7 line, Huawei Mate 9 Pro and awesome cheaper flagships like the Honor 9, ZTE Axon 7 and LeEco phones.
