hi great video , my s7 was working, i was watching a video, it froze, went off and now wont turn on at all or charge, is this the issue. what is that thing you put on the chips..what purpose does i serve? if i do this will it solve my issue or is it my battery
He put some sdering flux on those 2 chips. Flux aids in soldering and desoldering processes by removing oxide films which form on the surface of metals being soldered. Maybe it would work with just re-heating. Mine went on after 3 years of laying in drawer, turned it on, charged over USB on PC, later nothing works, no combination with buttons. Will try to expose the phone on some heat without dissasemling it. Have some of you guys saved your phones?
Thanks for this video. I have different situation, my s7 gave error during factory reset so i use vol and power button to exit reset but it has become dead and not responding to any combination of buttons and no charging indication..... What should I do ....plz guide

from the other side on m/board what you put ? when you heat is any danger to fall down any smd s from heat ? and the plug to protect from heat what you put ? , if i put aluminium foil is good ?

@@carlosmarx8053 nimm lieber die Heißluftpistole das funktioniert super.
@@carlosmarx8053 Handy danach ein bisschen liegen lassen und nicht sofort an machen.
@@sascha1684 Danke für deine Antwort. Dann probiere ich das Trocknen der Paste mit dem Fön, hoffe die Temperatur ist dann hoch genug, damit es klappt.
