The biggest flaw of the EVs is when you seat on the rear seat your thigh is not supported. That's because of the battery pack height added under the floor but kept the same roof height. However, Lucid opt out couple of battery pack under the rear foot well to solve this issue. Other brands, just trying to get away with lowering the seat leaving thighs unsupported.
Thank you! I was so disappointed when GM introduced the sub-compact Bolt. I was hoping for a midsize. This seems like it would fit the bill. However, I'm increasingly concerned with GM quality. I've owned multiple GM vehicles and they have gone seriously downhill from my '95 GMC Jimmy, to my '05 Saturn Vue to my '06 Avalanche, and my current car, a '16 Malibu (which needs to go away after only 95000 miles, a head gasket leak, and a hybrid powertrain failure).
@@johnclaeys376 so, I just sold off my 2016 Malibu hybrid (which had a Voltec engine similar to the Volt). They can't keep up right now because they don't have the batteries. GM's first battery factory goes into production next month, then three more battery factories over the next three years. Production will ramp up quickly very soon.

Equinox, Blazer and Silverado? Where is the Traverse? I will take the plunge when they come out with it for sure.
The Equinox EV looks much better and costs way less. That would be my first choice to replace my current Bolt EV - IF I ever decide to replace it.
R.I.P ⚰ MACH E
Edmunds hates Tesla 🤣
I guess we eventually will have no choice 🧐
If you were 6.6 like me I guess you really would complain right but if your 6 foot and under it would be just wright your complaint about the height of the roof is infantile
stopped watching at 0:24 when I saw the price.
"Tesla" not "Tezla".
Yet another GM promise. Ever wonder why they won’t anyone drive one or test the acceleration, charge rate et al. Just another giant paper weight that has people awing and ogling. I wish the press would hang around and watch them push and pull this façade into the box trailer when the show is over.
This looks like a real winner.... I wonder how GM is going to F this up. I've never bought a GM product. Could this ba a first? But then again, Honda will use this same platform with their version so I'd probably buy that.
Re: Tesla charging. I think Kia/Hyundai and Porsche have already surpassed Tesla charging.
How long does it take to charge and where are all the fueling stations?? I'll stick to gas powered.
Is there a frunk?
If you were not so Amazonian tall you would not hit your head so you extra tall guys don't complain who's 6'4" average
Electric cars should not cost that much! They're trying to sell you the better for the environment campaign.70,000 dollars with interest, plus car insurance and maintenance. You'll save more money getting a regular car.
Once the American car dealer sticks their outrageous dealer premium, the vehicle becomes incredibly unattractive. The legacy dealership business model can't compete with Tesla.
Here in the united ststes good luck trying to finance one at a descent price. Federal Chairman Jerome Powell will make sure your interest rate on this car loan will be unbearable.... remember, he's trying to cool the economy cause it's too hot. The govt wants purchases to slow down..not pick up. So yes, good luck financing this $55,000 electric Tonka toy truck.
Vert der ferk? Nope.
No Frunk? Come on…
what's up with the volvo thor hammers -_-
more like tuning forks than hammers here.
It’s a literal copy of Volvos signature DRL
@@joubaierjoubert7748 it’s similar but not the same, these lights along with the light bar replace the trademark silver bar in chevy.
The biggest disappointment is GM keeps closing us factories 🏭 😪. This is made in Mexico which is not bad just not good for U.S. jobs.
At least they upgraded their ugly interior. Remains to be seen if they can keep prices as lithium, copper and many other EV materials will continue going up fast.
When I think of the word Blazer, I think of a large fire, and when I think of a car on fire, I think of Chevy Bolt. So nope.
Wow. Looks like a car.i like first time electric car the most..
made in MEXICO , no thank you.
