it also happened with me with how much i hated going to school and i was miserable everyday but once i decided to say its a good day and express gratitude of just small things around me and suddenly i felt happy walking home from school and liking the weather and little stuff like that... it can really change you it depends on your perspective

You sir/madam are the bottle, be the bottle, dance with the universe, adapt to survival on earth. Everything else is just messing with you. All you got to do in meditation state... or as the "brain manual" says, is to be the Observer.

But, however, if you remember just a few of them, then you might be able to glean some insight to help you enrich your Current life, and maybe even enrich the life of someone else. What is "enlightened" how do you define it? He is casting light on things that most do not see. So I would say in that sense, yes. But he is only showing us the simple and obvious, so perhaps its other people who have chose to call normal, enlightened.

I am obsessing over all the bad outcomes and “sabotaging myself”. We all have the power to control our minds thoughts perceptions when we are mindful of the type of thinking that creates the stresses in our lives. It’s a practice called mindfulness, which again sounds simple, but it is not as simple as it seems.
The matureness in the words complete a moment of laughter and a sense of knowledge we are always aware of just don't have idea of completing it right. Sometimes too much noise outside is hard to listen to our inner being. Sadghuru you are incredible beyond. I am grateful that in this generation you are so amazing in your own way to touch the lives that really need this. You are amazing really. I love how witty he is but at times I feel his answers are on the surface. He should have gotten more into the details. For some, ignoring your problems isn't as easy as he said. I feel Gaur Gopal Das explains better and give more compassionate than just mocking the questions.

@@mimiya1814 taking 100% responsibility for everything means that I no longer blame, control, resist, punish myself or others, hold resentments or drag yesterdays issues into the next day, i asume 100% responsibility and take direct action into the matter, therefore I’m not fussing about. I take life in full swing. If I get sick I take full responsibility, I don’t blame God or the universe. I don’t wait for others to fix things nor engage in wishful thinking about how things should be. So when I take responsibility for everything even if I’m not to blame, I am in the drivers seat with better options than fussing.

I recently sabotaged a friendship group, my trigger from the past took over and I impulsively left the chat (this wasn't the first time), and this time round no one really wanted me back, i guess because they are tired of me. I don't know why I be so impulsive, especially when leaving relationships. It's like I don't trust, I want to be valued but at the same time when I am alone, I feel regrets, I blame myself from everything.
It will get better no need to isolate yourself reach out and explain do not fear reprisal because acknowledging this is you on your journey to healing not being secretive about it anymore. You're not alone but being transparent may be the way forward and surround yourself with positive messages. I hope things are better now

@Knowledge Based கற்றுக் கொண்டால் குற்றம் இல்லை yeah I do agree it was a mildly harsh joke, but mostly people who have no other choice and are least educated go to politics(atleast in present times of this country).you also need to understand that Political science is a different thing, politicians don't study that, they simply need to have basic education (12th pass).

I love Sadhguru, but whenever he asks rhetorically "isn't it?" or "yes or no?" I think to myself...I don't know.... you tell me. You're supposed to be the guru.
Sadhguru always says not to BELIEVE anything anyone says, not even himself. That it's important to try and see something from your own experience. I think when he asks "isn't it", it's a point he really is stressing and wants you to really think about.
Atleast for ur life..u have to answer for urself Sir..he cannot live for u..that isnt the work of a Guru..

@@mimiya1814 taking 100% responsibility for everything means that I no longer blame, control, resist, punish myself or others, hold resentments or drag yesterdays issues into the next day, i asume 100% responsibility and take direct action into the matter, therefore I’m not fussing about. I take life in full swing. If I get sick I take full responsibility, I don’t blame God or the universe. I don’t wait for others to fix things nor engage in wishful thinking about how things should be. So when I take responsibility for everything even if I’m not to blame, I am in the drivers seat with better options than fussing.

I recently sabotaged a friendship group, my trigger from the past took over and I impulsively left the chat (this wasn't the first time), and this time round no one really wanted me back, i guess because they are tired of me. I don't know why I be so impulsive, especially when leaving relationships. It's like I don't trust, I want to be valued but at the same time when I am alone, I feel regrets, I blame myself from everything.
It will get better no need to isolate yourself reach out and explain do not fear reprisal because acknowledging this is you on your journey to healing not being secretive about it anymore. You're not alone but being transparent may be the way forward and surround yourself with positive messages. I hope things are better now
