A really easy diet plan and a bit workout to lose weight :) My diet plan was really simple what i did was: 1: lemon in water in morning when i wake up at 8am. 2. 8:30 is my breakfast. I eat 1 fried egg and 2 brown breads and half cup milk with about just 6tablespoon of sprite or seven up. 3. I drink 1 glass water at 10am. 4. At 11:30 i walk on treadmill and at 12 i finish it 5. After my walk i take 1 glass of orange juice with black pepper and black salt in it. 6. Afterwards at 12:40 i used to have my afternoon meal or if i get late then at 1:30pm so in the meal i just have 1 normal bowl of any homemade dish and 1 chapati only 1 and no paratha. 7. Then at 2pm i drink i more glass of water. 8. At 3pm i drink honey tea. It's really easy just put 1 teaspoon of honey in your cup and put the hot water and the tea bag, that's it. 9. Afterwards at 4pm i drink 1 warm glass of water. 10. So at 5pm i just do some light exercise. I do 15 squats and jump for 30 seconds or about 1 minute. 11. So finally at 6pm i try to have my dinner i usually do at 6:30. You guys can do in between 6 to 7 and that's it. 12. At 8:30 i drink about 1 more glass of water. 13. At 9:30 i used to do exercise again. Not much just a bit. I do a but stretching and start walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes. 14. At 10 i just make a honey tea and add some ginger pieces in the boiling water and try to drink it as warm as possible and then i sleep as soon as possible before 10:30 and that's it. Carb vegetables me v hota hai aur mai one month me 4 kg loss kiaya hai ek din namk ko skip karke aur chawal roti ko mai ab nahi khati khati hu ots roti aur brawne rice aur mai exercises,yoga dono karti hu
Drink 3 litre of water every day before sunset. Try to control portion size. And dinner should be finished within 7-8 pm. Include salads in your diet. Cut sugar. Use Jaggery in tea if you take tea. Workout for 1 hr everyday. You can do 1 hr fast walk also.
All great suggestions except the part where you went for a walk in your Pajamas- 😁 It would be frowned upon in 🇨🇦 where I live! Will take your other suggestions tho!
