Dragon Khan at PortAventura. Since the opening of the PortAventura theme park in 1995 the Dragon Khan quickly became the star attraction of the very first Spanish theme park, until then there had not been anything else like it in Spain because of its size, innovation and sensations, becoming a European benchmark for all roller coasters. Dragon Khan consists of an impressive first drop followed by eight intense inversions, equally as impressive is the theming of Dragon Khan which makes a clear reference to the Asian architecture and transmits all of the wisdom of the mythical distant China. The station building and queuing area are full of symbolic animals such as the dancing dragons that signify balance, the elephants for wisdom and lions that represent strength. The red color of the track against the blue supports creates the illusion that the route of the Dragon Khan PortAventura has totally melted into the horizon of the heavens.

Hi , great footage . Rode dragon Kahn in June and it’s actually quite intense definitely a top 20 coaster . Also i was wondering if I could possibly use the footage in this video for a review I’m making on dragon Kahn .
