      @@Scout686 I'm not sure because I've heard Judge Boyd say a cpl of times in different videos that is she sentences to prison that it is day by day. I really hope that's true for that b!tch. I can't stand anyone that abuses helpless children. They're a disgrace to the role of mother or father. I hope they terminate her rights & allow this man & his family to adopt this child. Im a single dad of two boys. One is epileptic and autistic. While his mom was still around (allowed to be with the kids) and babysitting while I was working years ago, he was having autistic related behavior issues such as not understanding what was being said to him, so his mother slapped him so hard his head bounced off the heating radiator next to the window and left a hand welt mark on his face that did not go away for nearly 5 days. My son, snuck a phone call to me and told me “mommy hit me really bad”, so I had my step mom go and get the kids. My step mom said when she got there to get the kids she had to fight every urge to “knock the crap outta her” once my step mom saw the welt and their mother tried to male an excuse that he “fell into her hand”.
    I called ACS, and began a custody case I eventually won full custody. It was maddening how much ACS still wanted the kids to stay with their mom, and I learned through my lawyer how NY no matter what always tries to have kids with their mothers. I eventually won, when their mother decided to cuss out the judge, and finally an ACS case worker, and the boys own attorney told the court the boys need to be with me.
    Women do this shit, because they think they can get away with it. Sadly many of them do, and the Dad’s get screwed. In my case I was lucky I won.

      Prison is not fun for anyone that hurts kids. Her life is going to be a living hell for the whole time. Also, abuse isn't treated as seriously as it should be in this country. It doesn't matter the type. The abuser gets a slap on the wrist and the victim gets lifelong trauma. Even when the victim dies that might not be enough to take them out of society permanently. Our leaders are so concerned with children being born, but not that children are loved or even wanted. They are easy targets and will continue to be so unless things start to change in a big and meaningful way and I just don't see that happening anytime soon.

    This is horrible so heartbreaking, poor little boy I wonder where his sister ended up, I hope it's a good place with nice people. The woman (can't call her the mom ) should be in prison for 30 years, long enough for them to make their own lives without any interference from her.

    I can't bear to watch cases involving the abuse of children. This 'mother' should never be free. She doesn’t look the least bit repentant. That poor, beautiful boy. I hope he can stay with his new family and receives the help and nurture he deserves.

    When Judge Boyd says “alright” in that tone, it’s not alright. Her poor lawyer could only look down. She knew her client was screwed. This woman actually had the nerve to be shocked she was going to jail. I hope she never gets those poor children back. A mother’s love🤨

    The fact the state is not opposing deferred adjudication is disgraceful. Absolutely sickening

    Why are victim impact statements read after the defendant is already sentenced?

    • @Nlb2316
      @Nlb2316 20 дней назад +2

      She had a plea bargain (she made certain agreements for lighter sentence)so her sentence was already agreed on, of course if she didn’t take that then he would read it before sentencing to try to impact the sentence. (The prosecution would have him speak at that time) He would still be able to give a victim impact statement either way though.

    This makes me cry, 💔poor kid! His foster father touch my heart with his testimony. I hope he get adopted by him and his family, the child has show that he has a big heart. Love is the only answer to humanity like the foster father shows to the child. The American Judge Boyd, is always right. Love from Sweden 💛💙
