Im confused.... why would a CPS worker (who is supposed to be looking out for the welfare of the children) have the nerve to show up to court without a case file or even a piece of paper with the facts of the case??? All I can say is no wonder so many children continue to be abused, neglected ect. This is unbelievable! Judge Boyd is the only adult not failing these babies. Much respect to Judge Boyd! • @maureenjossick429

“Not failing these babies”- these “babies” are still at home! Most of the criminal charges here, were “lying by omission”. The first mother is screwed, all because this judge has no clue how drugs work! That weed could be in mom’s system for over a month, after she’s stopped! So now, she’s going to get dinged every week until it’s gone, and that’s completely wrong! These CPS reports are anything BUT accurate as well! These cases, are of young, white women who made stupid choices,by believing idiot men who tell them yes we will be a family, etc. but obviously they kick rocks, leaving these single moms who deal with poverty already, mental illness, no supports-NO kind of resources or help through the courts obviously!
THANKGOD my state gets women like this the HELP they NEED, even if they are facing criminal cases, or abuse/neglect- we have so many great programs for women going through all those issues..and guess what? We dont need mean and angry judges to do MORE of nothing that works- we need judges that have compassion on the WHOLE FAMILY, seeing as the children still reside there, could these “charges” have been so bad? She seems like she’d get off on taking kids, so I’m sure the ones that have them still aren’t doing too bad..maybe judge should take some of that energy about women having more kids then they should, practically saying they should have aborted them-and have a talk with the men who keep promising them the world then impregnating them? Vasectomies are much easier, and reversible !
I think this judge loves her power. And I love how all her videos consist of her degrading white women, and giving them the harshest punishment she can, as well as not allowing families to leave the area to look for employment and prosper their situation..she’s setting them up to lose their kids indefinitely.

I understand why you're on the Judge side, but it's becoming so poor ppl can't be parents. Most children would be *much* better off with a weed head mom, than dealing with The System. 50 Shades isn't real. More focus should be put on finding the worst of the worst, and starting at the top of that pile. There's so much to be said for letting small things slide, and poor ppl need to be involved in drawing the line between the small stuff and the major issues. We should let AI monitor these children so everyone knows how it all weighs out. It should never be someone having power over the actual Parents cos of a couple papers of info, with no personal stakes involved by the officials. Moms might need counseling and a positive environment more than handcuffs and courtrooms.

Because in all states except one (I think alabama) you can’t by law unless you’re told to stop and never stop then they will plan to take your kid at birth. Most women on Medicaid and even on standard insurance are drug tested throughout pregnancy, this is somewhat new and you will not be prosecuted for doing doing drugs while pregnant because it keeps women from going to prenatal care

@@taralynntorrescarreralopez1574 that is not completely accurate. #1 they may visit you for weed but you’ll still take the baby home. You will not be legally prosecuted in any state other than Alabama because it keeps women on drugs from seeking prenatal care.. and it’s controversial in that state because many women on drugs will not go to the doctor for fear of being prosecuted. Most places do drug test you at prenatal appointments now, without even telling you. Weed is pretty much a non issue in most cases, yes cps will come to your room but it’s unlikely you’re not taking a baby home for that. And if it’s prescribed methadone you don’t get in any trouble at all.. as a legal standard my reply was about charging women for drug use during pregnancy and why most places don’t prosecute.. however yes, if you test positive for weed throughout pregnancy, never stop and deliver the baby with weed in yours or the baby’s system you prob will be investigated by cps but not legally prosecuted by the law.

The fact that this chic should have been in jail after failing the first drug test while pregnant, failed to follow the courts order of where to live should tell everyone why there may be CpS workers who become disenfranchised by their inability by our LAWS to do what’s needed to keep kids safe. @tonjahoward7137 Youare absolutely so right!! You know I think these government jobs will hire anybody (I probably shouldn't say all of them but..) And your right I did not even think about how she showed up with nothing, She should have had a stack of info on this girl.
      This was absolutely ridiculous!!
I was glad Judge Boyd called her out, Especially when she said "from now on I will be telling her if she can leave or not "! Judge Boyd just went right over her head letting that social worker know she is no longer making the decisions!! And when the defense attorney asked her the question "do you believe she would be a good candidate for probation " And that social worker was like "oh yes" I thought wow this girl must have loved having her as her case worker!! What a joke.
I am curious to know where that girl is now and if she really did move back. She's probably not even with that guy anymore. They need to clean up cps because they are allowing ANYTHING AND ANYONE
To just make very important decisions over people's lives. tonjahoward7137, You take care and stay safe ❣️

She's failing her kids & cps isn't doing sh!t about it. She picked up 2 additional allegations while having an open case. One for SA no less. She's no mother. Her job is to protect her children, not be the source of their pain. There's def a problem w CPS. But had she not abused her child "by omission", CPS wouldn't have had to be involved to begin with. But now that they are & they are aware of the 2 new allegations idk why they haven't done anything about it. Those babies deserve better from everyone.

Cps took my son 8 years ago in Texas and said he wasnt safe only to place him with a foster family that seriously abused him. The issue Cps had with me was that, because he is on the spectrum, I questioned the psychologist about meds she put him on in a treatment center and that Dr called Cps after I filed a complaint on her. He was home in 8 months after I completed the BS they wanted but he'd been traumatized by then. They revoked her license to foster!!

Putting a couch in front of the DOOR !!😯 Obviously they are getting high in the back room probably dozing off. So
"Let's put a couch by door" She has no right being a mother! And does not even get 1 DAY in jail ! And she's still testing positive!! And moved when she was told not to leave that
      county,, She basically (excuse me)
Flipped Judge Boyd the bird by breaking probation so many times. I
Just hope those children are safe.
