Let’s make… blueberry muffin cookies!!!

    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 1/2 t. baking powder
    1 t. salt
    1/4 t. cinnamon
    1 stick of butter, room temperature
    2 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 t. vanilla
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (I used frozen mixed berries and I’d do it again)
    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Cream the butter, cream cheese and sugars until smooth. Add egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in batches. Stir in berries. If using fresh, be gentle with them so they don’t get smashed. Scoop and bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes until edges are light brown, but they are still soft. Let cool before diving in.
