I've been doing the workout for 6 days and i definetly lost some weight! The only issues are that my skin has been breaking out and I'm scaredy that too much exercize will affect my period://
I know I’m commenting late but here’s some tips. About breaking out, make sure to take a shower and wash your face right after exercise. And it’s completely fine to exercise on your period and of course stop if it hurts (bad cramps). But if your scared about losing your period by exercising to much just make sure to eat well and know your limits. Remember you can always cut down some of the sets. I wish you luck! ❤

Don’t do this if your a kid!!! This excersize is not kid friendly!!! Take it from me, because I tried it out, pushing to do this every day for a week, and ended up stopping at day 4 because my aching was TREMENDOUSLY HURRENDOUS!!! P.S. Please be safe when you excersize ❤

I recomand at the burpees to do a 10 seconds break between the sets!
