I will be honest this was my first day and i did like 50 jumps 55 burpees 60 jump in squats a whole like 3 and half mins of walk 50 up and downs took a 10 sec break after every 10 and 50 plank twists and 75 crunches ....i hope i can do better tomorrows

Can we do it in half like doing the jumping Jack's and burpees in morning as they r too much and the other excercise in the evening , can it work?? Cuz doing all that together is Hella exhausting
heyy i hope you're doing okey! If you are working out for your health then it's great! But don't stress too much about your weight because you are so so young you are perfect just the way you are and don't let anyone tell you differently! Don't change yourself for anyone else, do it for yourself :)

You can do as many as you want. I've seen some start at 25. Burpees are the hardest I think with this workout. Would take it slow and do what you can. Have fun and stay safe!! Cheering you on! 🤍🤩

I get bullied for my weight all though my weight is 45 kg that's why I do it daily

For me I would do it once a month haha. It's tough but, I think its good cardio so, maybe 1-2 times a week.

I dont think this workout truly targets one area of the body. I only saw some difference in my legs.
