@@k4idt It'll work, but i would suggest avoid doing this daily, target all muscle groups in your body instead of focusing on just abs. Idols also do dance regularly that's a sort of cardio. And honestly, idols might need to do this much workout bcoz their profession demand this, but a common person workouts to stay healthy, isn't it?

I tried this out before, and I think the best way to ease into it is space out the burpee sets. I would do 1 or 2 of burpee sets, then another exercise, and then do the rest of the burpees. After a few days, you'll get used to it and be able to do them all together. Good luck!
I have a tip for you It's better if you do the burpees in set like 1 set of burpess(25*4) and then plank twist and then again 1 set of burpees I hope that helps
I did this and the first 2 days I was sore but I kept doing it and it got better and now it's been almost a week and I've seen improvements on my body. If anyone does this it gets better the more you do it. I've also seen other people try it and they said that Le Sserafim's workout consist of 100 jumping jacks, 2×10 jump squats, 4×25 burpees, plank crawls(3 min), 2×10 planks up and down, 2×10 plank twist, and 75 crunches which is the one I've been doing
This is an actual amazing workout it helped me lose over 5 pounds in a couple of months! And I got super duper stronger and at day one I was so exhausted and even did 200 jumping jacks,50 burpees to make up for it and oh boy. I literally almost fainted. But it does work!
A small advice for y'all don't just start off doing all sets it's gonna hurt your body and not in a good way it's normal to get body pain after working out which are just sore muscles but sometimes bones can start to hurt or you can easily injure your shoulder plate so start smaller and easier and then move on.
This is what i did. Today was my firt day i completed 100 jumping jacks because it was easy but rest of the workouts i did only 30 reps. I will increase them time by time.

But now I was like”I need to change this” Now I will wake up 5:45, do Le Sserafim workout, dance after that cuz why not? Do my other stuff and sleep at 21:40, so I have 8 hours and 5 minutes of sleep I did that today and I never felt so.. Awake (?) before lol. I’m 56,8 kilos. And I wanna lose at least 3 kilos. Just a remind, if you are starting with that workout.. Don’t do all the thing, cuz ur body is probably not used to that intense workout. And always stretch ur body before and after the workout.
Before doing this workout I want to say that don't push yourself too hard first day would be struggling for you every intense workout are hard at the beginning but best for you soo at first week just do 50 burpees and every exercise 2 set and if you feel exhausted then take a break at the middle no problem but don't overdo it keep it up guys😊

@@k4idtit won't work by doing once. It will require a week or atleast 4-5 days to show any small results.
It's the amount of burpees for me 🚨🚑 Sitting was painful after the first day 💀 But the workout became manageable after a few days.

I start at 5:50am (I wake up at 5:45am) So I might end everything at 6:10 or smth like that. I will see changes in a week so, I’m actually excited.
Remember that everyone has a different body and the important thing is to stay healthy and not overdo the exercises. You can do it 💗💗
