Our conversation unpacks the "Four Nos" of the movement: rejecting heterosexual marriage, childbirth, dating, and sex with men.
We explore the societal pressures driving this movement, how it’s reshaping views on relationships, and its resonance beyond South Korea, especially against the backdrop of recent global political shifts.

I don't think women should refrain from having children.
My own four children are one of the greatest joys of my life.
OTOH, I do think women should have children FOR men.
A woman can get pregnant by a boyfriend or a pickup and not list any father on the birth certificate.
I would recommend that women (in South Korea or in any other developed country) refuse to marry and instead cohabitate with one or more other women (with or without having a romantic relationship with them).
Date men if you feel like it, but don't marry a man unless he really makes it worth your while - not with money, but with proof that he is willing to honor your personhood and your independence.
