I use the nixit but I wouldn't be opposed to try this as well. I have tried cups and they were ok but the suction made my body sensitive.

Heard u can't poop with the throw out ones I got a nixit cup aka disc wash plus got 3 cups saalt cup duo regular and small.... and cheap size a softer cup period underwear I'd rather us reusable ones
