Sissssss, thank you for sharing! I am literally on vacation right now & “home girl” (that’s who I call Aunt Flo 🤣) came on. Watched your video, went right to CVS and haven’t looked back! I was anxious at first but hey, won’t know til you try. I put it on in the shower, woke up and no issues. I was like bet, challenge accepted Flex! 😂I’ve gone swimming at the beach, snorkeled, hot tub, wore all white and yellow outfits along with light colored bathing suits with ZERO incidents this whole trip! Flexcup is a game changer and all of the pads/tampons I brought “just in case” haven’t been touched. 😳😨🙏🏽🔥

I will add, you can swim with a cup in but be aware that if you’re actively swimming water can get in the cup and cause it to fill quickly and when you get out the water you will likely leak as soon as you exit the water. I learned the hard way on year 1 of using a cup (I’m on year 3). So if it’s your first time using a cup to go swimming be PREPARED and don’t wear a light colored bathing suit.

I've been a cup user (not flex just any) for 2 cycles and love it except for the part where I have to swirl around in there to find the stub to pull it out ugh, so I'm really tempted by the flex tab which would make extraction a lot simpler. Definitely a game changer, like wearing a thong w a liner on your heavy period, what? Yup Thx for the review🤗🙏

I haven't used a cup since before i got pregnant 4 years ago. I just started with this cup today and I've had so many leaks! I know its something I'm doing, so I'll definitely try until i get it. 😉

I always have back up for day 1 or 2 as the period blood around the cup still comes out some no matter what lol for me liners extra long or period underwear

I’ve been a Diva cup girl for 3yrs. OBSESSED! It was time to buy a new cup (replace once a year). All my local store had in stock was Flex (came with 2 free Flex discs) and when I opened it I was was SHOOK by the the “tail” that pulls down and lowers the lip of the cup on one end. I’m not even sure how that thing is supposed to make anything easier. All my other cups have never had that function. All the other cups you use the tail to help pull the cup down the vaginal wall not release the suction.
The only thing holding me back is not knowing how practical it will be if i'm at work or in a public bathroom. I can't exactly rinse it out and put it back in easily if not in a private bathroom with a sink near the toilet. Also touching door and sink handles in between all that then reinserting wouldn't be that hygienic. The beginning of my cycle is super heavy for me, I usually use 3 super tampons in 8 hours of work on my heavy days, so I'd most likely have to rinse it and reinsert while at work. So how exactly does one go about the cleansing and reinserting process? Do you use the bathroom then stand up at the sink to clean and rinse it, and then sit back down on the toilet to reinsert? As I said I'm just picturing how that works in a public bathroom setting. Any tips?
I totally understand that! I have taken it out at work before , I didn’t rinse it in the public bathroom because it did seem unsanitary to me. I just took it out dump it and reinsert it with No problem. And then when I got home I cleaned it. It definitely takes a few times to get use to it! Maybe try it out on your lighter days first until your comfortable with it!
The discs help when having sex w period but not what they’re for specifically. They are disposable so good for the end of period when you’re not reinserting or in public and can’t wash a cup out in a sink.

No you don’t have to. Just make sure it’s folded enough to insert it
I have the small one i loved it but its to small cant wear it lol until day 3 one day is a waste lol so i want the full and they chnage the bag i love that bag lol i have many cups disc period underwear lol yes i still have pads tampons and throw out period underwear

Is this easier to take out than the menstrual cup because I had a bad experience with my cup it got suction to my crevice and it was basically impossible for me to take out, I went to urgent care and they couldn’t take it out than I went to the emergency and it took them a while to take it out also, so at the moment I’m sticking to my pads and tampons.
This is the only cup I’ve tried and it has came out very easy every time. When you pull it it releases the suction and it comes right out.
Oh my, horrible experience. I'm so sorry. I'm so scared to try menstrual cups, however the string when pulled on the flex cup breaks the seal for us. So I'm excited to try this one!

Keep trying It took a couple times to get it right! Even now after using it for months I still question if I’m putting it in right lol hang in there! 💛
Make sure it is open fully after insertion. You can check this by squatting or sitting on the toilet then place your thumb on the inside of your opening to create space while you insert your index finger to check the surrounding area. If you find that the cup is not fully open by feeling that the cup is still indented. Then relax your muscles by taking deep belly breathes NOT SHALLOW CHEST breathes. In order to truly relax the muscles fully. Deep belly breathes can be done by inhaling and letting your stomach expand with air as you do so. Then exhale letting all of the air in your stomach empty outas you do. three to four breathes should do it. This worked for me and hope it does for you. Good luck and don't give up!
