I love it. You do have to readjust a tiny bit after using the restroom, but it goes back into place. Tips for a mess free removal is I always hop in the shower to remove it. Just squat, relax, do a kegel or two and pull out the same way you describe. I always make sure to change it everyday at 6am or 7am and again at 6pm or 7pm, giving me the 12hours and time to shower.

I never feel it, and I think it's a lot less messy because of how the silicone flexy and sturdy. They also have size options! You may want to look into it because so far, it's been a better period experience for me!

He was extra against period sex. With the flex cup he is super into it now. Also i started with normal cups since it was like a tampon. I got used to idea of cups without having to learn how to insert. Insertion is different with these disc cups is not like inserting a tampon. Watch videos on how to put it in.

So FYI when you go to the bathroom and push you're supposed to see blood. They advertise that if it gets full before the 12 hours thats a way to empty it without taking it out.
I haven't had sex with it in yet but today was the first day of inserting it and I cant see any possible way of having sex with this thing in without it being dislodged

I actually like the flex disc. You have to get use to putting it in and taking it out. Once you get the hang of it you would love it. My cramps have decreased tremendously with them. Use a water bottle to clean it when removing it. And wash your hands afterwards.
Try the flex cup ....it does not go too much up there and it has a pulley string .....I just found out about it ...I have a hidden cervix so I just can’t ....it would be lost forever and I’m not comfortable with going up there. Update: there is also femcap by femmy cycle which has a no spills.
Use a disposable glove next time, once you empty it, take the glove off and use to wrap the disk up and dispose that way. So easy and much more sanitary. Hope it helps.

Girl My easy go to Trusty always Lol are Literally Always flex foam pads. I can't do tampons because the way my cervix tilts I cannot insert them I can't even have full penetration because my cervix tilts in such a way that it is So painful!! So yea, pads all the way for me. I was hoping these flex discs would be a simple solution for the days I teach dance and aerial silks, because I'm in a leotard and tights or yoga pants But I'm seeing now, that they would probably cause a Huge embarrassment and get the silks dirty in a way that might just be traumatizing lol Thanks for the feedback mama And you're beautiful

Also, have you seen a pelvic floor therapist? That sounds like something they might be able to help with
Sounds like you are one of those bleeders that would need to change it after a couple hours on your heaviest day. You can rinse them off and reuse them over the course of a day. It wouldn’t be as messy if you changed it out more often.
Yess definitely a heavy bleeder but dang that sucks cuz how do you rinse it off when you're in public? I've seen some other cups that are silicone or something that have wipes that seems like something I should try...
I filled one of these in 10 minutes time!!! It's messy if you are a heavy bleeder...there is no getting around it. I'm not sure how I feel about this. My flow is too heavy to use it most days. I have to change it as much as a tampon...once an hour or more. That's too dramatic for a menstrual disc.

Those were my first discs and they were too firm for me. I later got a ziggy disc and it works like a charm.
