I think to get rid of the bitterness of dandelions you might need to soak em in cold water a few times, or cook them before adding them to the soup. Also chopping them up would probably help in blending them.

As a canadian who grew up on dandelion, I would have worked with it very differently. It should have been chopped fairly small before adding, and i would have upped the salt, given the soup a bit of acid, hit it with a small amount of something sweet ie maple syrup and then maybe slightly blend. I would have also left out the stem part of the leaves, as it has the bitter white stuff in it.

the reason the Suspicious stew was bitter was because the large dandelion leaves are older and more gritty. younger, smaller ones are more tender and a bit sweeter. so if you try that again, DO NOT USE LARGE DANDELION LEAVES

Considering you can milk a mooshroom for Mushroom Soup, I thought that a MC mushroom soup would be more on the creamy sort of milky side, might have helped with the colour as well. The results looked great though! Really close to the game and that Rabbit Stew looked really good.

Potatoes, the greatest vegetables in the entire world. One of my favorite meal recipes for potatoes is very simple: Finely Chop Potatoes (ideally Yellow Potatoes), Finely Chop Onions (ideally Vidalia or regular Yellow Onion), and Finely Chop Bacon. Lightly coat the ingredients in some Chili Powder or Lemon Pepper, toss them into a pan on medium-high heat, cook them all together with occasional drizzles of Red Wine Vinegar or Malted Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar, frequently stirring it to limit sticking to the bottom of the pan. After its completed, chow down & enjoy. ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY POTATO! 9:01
When I play Minecraft, I mostly stick to Bread. It's simple, effective, and cheap.

I love saturation stew! It's so fun to watch the hunger bar count up, like hearts do with regeneration but so much quicker! With one bowlful, you can go from too hungry to sprint to just shy of full. And a bundle fits the ingredients for 21 servings, which will last a while. Not what I go with in every world, but it's one of my favorite options.

Also, yeah, dandelion is a bitter plant. My great grandmother (RIP) would eat dandelion greens in a salad... idk if I could do that. Maybe if I eat it with berries, the bitter might pretty much disappear like when I eat yarrow, but dandelion is a lot more bitter than yarrow. I'll stick with using the flowers in wines and the roots for coffee.

The reason why is bitter is because dandelion has to be cooked in a different way. You must first blanch them on the side with salt water, and then you can use them.
Throwing them into a soup directly won’t take the bitterness away

You probably would've been better off using the actual flower instead of the dandelion leaves lolol, younger leaves are less bitter, the ones you used were quite old and therefore, quite yuck. You can actually eat the entire dandelion plant, roots and all! The flowers of dandelion are used in teas as well. With the big leaves the best thing to do is cut them into like 2cm chunks and blanching them to help get rid of the bitterness, though I've personally tried this only once and was very dissapointed, I don't think I did it long enough :( Regardless, AMAZING VIDEO! You should definitely try this again to see if you can improve the results, of course at a later date. :)
