Ingredients for Healthy Namkeen:
2 cups thin poha/flattened rice
1 cup makhana fox nut
½ cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
20-22 curry leaves
½ cup raw peanuts
½ cup almonds
½ cup cashews
¼ cup raisins
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
salt to taste
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon roasted cumin/jeera powder
¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon amchoor/dry mango powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
½ teaspoon turmeric powder

What can we use to replace sugar... I don't wish to add Jaggery or stevia as well.
