    Healthy Oats Chivda
    Ingredients :
    Old fashioned rolled oats - 2 cups
    Thin poha - ½ cup
    Makhana - 1 cup
    Ghee - 2 -3 tbsp
    Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
    Jeera - 1 tsp
    Hing - 1/4th tsp
    Curry leaves - handful
    Peanuts - ½ cup
    Almonds - ½ cup
    Cashewnuts - ½ cup
    Dry coconut - 1/4th cup
    Pumpkin seeds - 1/4th cup
    Sunflower seeds - 1/4th cup
    Watermelon seeds - 1/4th cup
    Flax seeds - 1 tbsp
    Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
    Raisins - 1/4th cup
    Salt to taste
    Sugar powder - 2 tbsp
    Amchoor - 1 tbsp
    Chaat masala - 1 tsp
    Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
