ok. if you own a condominium in BGC and you are currently living outside of the Philippines. normally, if you are there you can manage the condominium after the guest stay by cleaning, maintaining supplies etc. my question, is there a company that can manage all of that we can hire? like dealing with guests, checking in and checking out, cleaning etc?
My suggestions: RUN THE NUMBERS carefully. Value your TIME. It is not free. VOIDS are a real cost, and may be the biggest one. One thing you cannot do is pick some ONE NIGHT AirBnb ask price and multiple it by 30 days. You will not EARN that. Check around and see what prices you can get for one week, or one month stays. And don't forget the VOIDS, and the hassle factors.

As of March 2024, I found some of these studios at Uptown Parksuites for $50 per night plus $10 cleaning fee.
