I will take this investment over a 1200 SF condo that does not even turn over until 2025/2026 and is outside of BGC. These large corporation like Mega World have managed to even price out buyers from Europe and the US. Luckily, short term rental are still affordable so that what we do when coming to BGC for an extended stay.

As of March 2024, I found some of these studios at Uptown Parksuites for $50 per night plus $10 cleaning fee.

ok. if you own a condominium in BGC and you are currently living outside of the Philippines. normally, if you are there you can manage the condominium after the guest stay by cleaning, maintaining supplies etc. my question, is there a company that can manage all of that we can hire? like dealing with guests, checking in and checking out, cleaning etc?
