I discovered Nuserat about 20 years ago via Peter Gabriel was blown away then i discovered both you and Nicky then Coke studios and now the doors to these beautiful singers musicians and a whole world of sounds. It just keeps getting better and better. Thank you for opening some of those doors and providing a key to a better understanding of the work of these amazing artists 🙏😀

Despite how intricate this rendition is, and how skilled these two masters are, this isn't my favourite version of this song. They make it too serious. My favourite is a live version by Murshidabadi. It's a much more soulful and mischievous version and reflects the giddyness and joy of love that the lyrics convey. I would strongly recommend it.
