Depends upon types. If you incinerated (ANNEX - 1) sludge, record in ORB (Part - 1) with Code(C), Item No.(12.3). If you EVAPORATED water in the sludge before it had been incinerated, record this evaporated amount with Code(C), Item No.(12.4). But, need to approve this Item No.(12.4) in IOPP Certificate with Cross Mark (x). If (ANNEX - 3) garbages which are approved to incinerate, need to record inside Garbage Record Book with Type of Garbage, Start - Stop Time and Estimated Amount. 😊
