      Except F.O Leakage and Manual Emergency Stop.
      (Prefer Man. Emergency Stop to be tested while engine is running.)

      Did you mean vacuum setting for Vacuummarator in Vacuum Toilet System?

      @@MoeMyintShein1987 Sir, suction pressure, I got , cut-in we do: - 0.4 bar vacuum and Cut out we do: -0.55 bar vacuum for pressure switch.
      But what is the discharge pressure of sewage vacuum p/p to STP that we usually maintain?

      One side of the pump is vacuum (negative pressure) and other side of pump is positive pressure. 😊

      Discharge Pressure of Vacuumarator Pump to STP (or) other points is maximum 0.3 Bar.
      Depends upon capacity (m3/hr) of Pump, discharge pressure (back pressure) can differ, slightly.

    Hey Sir, what is suction pressure and discharge pressure of aeration blower that we maintain in STP ?

      I didn’t see any suction pressure gauges for aeration blower.
      Depends upon Model of Plant, discharge pressure varies.
      In general, between 0.015MPa and 0.02MPa.
      For 15 to 25 persons, it is around 0.015MPa. For 40 to 65 persons, around 0.02MPa.

      @@MoeMyintShein1987 Sir since it is sucking engine room air. so its suction pressure should be 1 bar, is ths correct ? and thus discharge pressure should be more than 1 bar , but as you said discharge pressure is 0.015-0.02 Mpa which is less than 1 bar.. This thing i do not understood

      That’s right ! It take suction from Engine room.
      Not much pressure is required for aeration of bacteria. If air pressure is higher, overflow can occurs and also fault high water level alarm can activate. If air pressure is high, force acting on each side of plant is high. (Ref. Pressure = Force / Area.)
      Safety valve is fitted and set at 0.025MPa for Discharge 0.02MPa blower.
      Pressure drops because of passing suction filter with silencer and design of impellers that are used in blower.

      @@MoeMyintShein1987 Okk sir, i got. Sir as suction pressure gauge is not fitted but whenever aeration blower is taking suction of engine room air, then at the time of suction- is this thing sure that suction pressure will be in negative value ?

      Correct !!!
      Suction is negative pressure.
      That’s why you palm gets sucking from silencer when you touch.
