At 3:57 high discharge temp alarm is set at 90*C and differential is set 10*C.
i didnt understand the differential set value of 10*C.
can you pls help me out?

You already know that Alarm Activated at 90*C.
Until temperature reaches 80*C, you cannot reset that alarm.
You may understand, MEC.
